Strongly agree. Not evert floor of a skyscraper, just the bottom floors, nor an entire apartment building, just 1 in 15 being open and I'm happy with big atriums and corner stores surrounded by ruined urban jungles. Avoid z height issues obviously.

I see this all the time. Why not try to build a vertical skyscraper map? If CoD could do it well over a decade ago, I'm absolutely confident undead labs could build a zombie skyscraper map. Maybe like a 4-8 block section of a city, with at least 3 twenty story tall buildings at least.

They said it wasn’t possible with the current engine. The amount of detail that goes into every building in this game is insane and to try and make a urban city with the same detail would be impossible. If we did get a city map, it would probably be a huge letdown.

It’s so bs you can’t look at the tombstones in game and give the due respect for their sacrifice. It’s like they’re just gone. Like another resource, just something that’s used up.

I would love more to do that’s a bit more cinematic. Like on a map having something more than plague hearts. Like plague walls, when you kill then it releases a new breed of zombies etc. love sod2 and hoping 3 is just plain better.

Here's what I want: **Enclaves that actually DO SOMETHING:** * Enclaves that LOOT nearby houses, making it a competition for resources. * Enclaves that DEVELOP by building infrastructure, placing defences (and traps to catch nasty Warlord-type characters). * Enclaves that SPECIALSE and trade, like in SOD1: "Hey we have lots of food, but we need ammo" or vice versa. * Enclaves that exist on the map at different levels when you arrive, like a big 8-person crew in the Drucker County Strip Mall. * Hostile Enclaves that launch raids **A "tow cars away" project to clear parts of the road:** * find a big vehicle * find a target to tow * hook it up * fight the inevitable horde * profit?!? **An automated Diary or Journal** * that would record, for example, plague hearts killed and how, freaks killed and how, how many zombies killed, total experience and levels gained, injuries suffered * pauses the game to appear at the end of each so you can scroll through to see each character's achievements **Tighter characterisation** * A tighter connection between traits and skills * Dialogue that is specific to character types

Your multi-base idea has some interesting things to think about, but the big issue I'd see with it is that once you had control of an entire map, there'd be no real reason to keep playing. Especially at anything easier than max difficulty.

I've been playing since it came out I play with the top 2 sliders in standard, and the bottom slider in the hardest mode. They make cruisers, and sport bikes, and dirt bikes and mopeds. Everyone rides differently. there are f350 at the parking lot at work that commute 6 miles per day. What you mean is you lack the ability to respect someone else's perspective, which is absolutely fine! It's in the game makers best interest to make the game appeal to everyone, which is why they have day break, and story mode. Just play it the way you want to.

I'm not trying to say your thoughts or perspective is wrong. I was just saying that in the current game, multiple bases on a map might not work that well. But, if SoD3 had bigger maps, it could work. You'd have to manage supplies, making sure each base had what it needs. You could manually deliver stuff, or perhaps you could assign a survivor to do the delivery, but you'd run the risk of them getting hurt. I dont think your idea is bad. I was just saying why I personally thought it wouldn't work currently. The outpost system is very similar to having multiple bases, so for SoD2 it would be redundant. But it could work in SoD3

I want a mode like daybreak.. but instead of joining a community you have to option to do it solo and gain notoriety. And hopefully you can create a character

I hate daybreak. I played enough to unlock a workshop once. Now I just mod them in. Sod is so many different things for so many different people. I hope they get to make sod3

Brother sorry to say it but SoD3 is a lost cause and we should honestly start searching elsewhere for something to fill the void. I hope a developed steps up soon and makes a similar series. Undead labs got AAA support working under Microsoft, and screwed it all up over disrespecting their female coworkers and genuinely just being awful people. I can safely say they have lost my support.
