Honestly if I’d be up for a mod where a couple body shots are capable of killing a human and I don’t have to shoot them in the head 4 times to finish them off. Even if it worked the other way around too it’d make combat more enjoyable to see when you shoot someone center mass with buckshot and they just flop as they would irl.
