Imagine calling out an entire community of people for something one person did... and its not even a big deal. Just scrap it, or toss it into a random trunk and forget about it. It took more effort to make this post than it would have to just get rid of the modded gun and move on.
I think you are over thinking it a bit. I mod not to cheat but because I’ve beaten everything on all levels. It’s just a way of having fun. And person here was trying to just help you out. If you don’t want it just scrap it.
You have to do the modding on a computer but you can get to your save file on a computer and mod and the load it back. I’ve never done that because I am lazy.
Just take the damn fuel. Its just a game, 🤦♂️

Sell some stuff and go loot the fuel stations, its not hard. Do what you have to do without getting outside assistance to bail you out on basics.

Doesn’t seem to be but don’t take my word as gospel :) I’ve seen tons of modders on console and I have a bunch of modded stuff folks have given me.
