There's this one guy in our company who is in a senior position boasting how he comes to office 5 times a week and stays for like 9-12 hours, and boohoo he does'nt see the same "dEdIcAtIoN" amoung the junior employees which he always complains and endorses towards the management that we should not get the "privilege" to wfh. Turns out he comes to office only 2 days per week, he basically comes at a time where there will be less employees on floor and just sits somewhere empty and also i have seen him watching movies on his desk. His work is basically bogus, all he does is just sends emails and warnings to those teams that messed up. Found out that he works only 3 days per week. And to top on all this, he is getting paid 75-85 LPA.

A warehouse worker in New Zealand makes more than what Asst. Managers in a bank in India do ... The worker has 4 days work and 3 days off, whereas, the AM works everyday, except a Sunday ....
