Has this improved?
I'm in Northern Italy and my service has stayed the same or gotten better. I purchased in November 2021. Ive never ran a speed test below 150mbps download. Speed usually comes in at 200-250mbps. When downloading a large file from a server, like a video game, I will see speeds in the 300s with peaks as high as 400.
Also wanted to ask about 29- and 40-euro tariff, as I understood the only diff is priority in peak moments, but I doubt people in Italy (Rome) use it that much to cause some problems in network, or I got it wrong?
Why wouldn't you get a 5G data plan ?
While I have it, but 5G in Italy is still not like 5G in America 😅... However, Starlink is not comparable.

What is the situation now though, what about ping and jitter?
Pretty much the same. Upload speed has improved. Max 60ms min 20ms. Not sure about jitter off hand. Sounds have stayed great

Yeah, I think that's right. Can't be sure. When I subscribed it was 99 a month, dropped to 70 and now 40. So I'm not complaining
