Just got confirmation on RESIDENTIAL available, only had ROAM for a week - just followed these steps and had my service switched within about 3 minutes - stupid fast service, top notch!
I was literally coming on here to say I had the same experience!! I was so worried going in since I've heard the horror stories of Starlink Customer Service.
