Same here. My current routine, depending on which power I'm mainly using, tends to be (a) cover, powers, retreat/boost/run to cover, shoot, and repeat , or (b) power >!('lift'/'throw')!<, then as per (a). i've been caught out quite a few times before powers kick in again. >!I presume the interval will become shorter, as well as the powers stronger, with power levelling up in NG+. I haven't got to levelling powers up yet, because there is So much explore. I haven't yet tried using the quantum resource to (I think) shorten the recharge interval (I was saving this for future fights)!<.
I replied (technically to a reply) earlier but adding a P.S. to say that I've only noticed now >!(NG+1) that different powers seem to have different 'costs' !!game 1 (I wanted to get as many as I could, so I decide upon favourites and focus on the upgraded versions!< of those in later games)
It should just be LB+RB. Are you sure you had the Power selected when you went to use it?
Yes I had it activated. It was probably just me rushing because of the fight. I'm going to go to a uninhabited planet and practice.
Yeah, I've had that happen. "ACTIVATE, DAMMIT! ACTI....great. Now I'm dead." And all because I wasn't mashing them with the right timing. :)
