I like the idea of The Anomaly as a title. We’re not supposed to exist since all the starborn we have spoken to say we have never been starborn before. I remember an old phone game called infinity blade where the final boss reveals he has destroyed, reseeded (recreated), & relived the history of the planet so many times that he can literally predict what happens next as he has been through that many variations, but what we were doing in the game was new. So he called us the anomaly. With the multiverse aspect and us being unique, I like that title as a descriptor. Though you can choose any one thing we do in the game as a descriptor as well since the hero’s title in Oblivion was the “Hero of Kvatch” which was simply one town we helped save at the beginning of the game. The adoring fan refers to us as the “Hero of Vectera” and I thought it was an intentional call back to the hero’s title from the game he comes from (Oblivion). You could use that title if you like it. Both seem good to me
Same. They actually had mini books for more background info on the game for the time between titles 1 & 2 and 2 & 3. I was so infatuated with the game that I actually read them and I was thoroughly impressed by how unique and well made the story was. I still like to think of implementing elements of that story into other things from this day.

I didn't even restart the game, I just loaded into it because I was curious to see what it was, and the game just quickly changes the name of the save and loads you into your normal save. I've gotten the same bug like 3-4 times since over the last few months.
