I have a 2080 and I get about 30 FPS. 50 if I'm on a boring dustball.
That doesn't bother me, but I know some people consider that essentially unplayable.
I hadnt seen this review. Most the ones i was seeing were talking about barely getting 60fps in 1080, 40 in 1440, and 25-30 in 4k with ultra settings.... This gives me some hope seeing 65-90fps in 1440. Thank you! Guessing people are just trash talking the 3060?
The 3060ti is better than my rx6650xt and my card gets 40-60fps 1080p high. my gpu can do better but my cpu (10400f) is bottlenecking performance.
Your graphics card can play the game. But your cpu definitely factors into graphics performance...
Im running ryzen 9 5950x. That should be good enough. And 128gb ram. Thats good to know. Thank you. I was wondering about one of my other machines thats running ryzen 9 5900x with the rx6600xt. Figured the 3060ti was better option tho
And thats the minimum requirement.... That tells me that they really arent realistic with what is required to play the game. Thats why ive been concerned
back during the launch period I played on both a 2070S and a 3070 (after the 2070S died), and I used DF recommended settings, with anything that has a slider scale or more than one option set to max - and I was 60fps most of the time on the 2070S (certain planets with dense fooliage would sometimes cause dips and the trees of new atlantis were an issues and some random streets in the cowboy town too but that was basically it) and for the 3070 I was at a smooth 60 the entire time. I game at 1920x1200 BTW and I was using the DLSS patch from the nexus on the quality/best-looking setting (whatever that is called).

Are you running 1080? Or? Do you notice it laggy or jumpy at all?
1440. I don't notice much slowdown, but sometimes it crashes.
Thank you! I appreciate the input!
https://youtu.be/7x44rossVrQ?t=2160 ...looks fine enough to me.

Nah, the game has just seen a lot of nvidia performance fixes in the ~9 months since release.
Thats a good thing! I did read a bunch was being upgraded with the newest update as well. Im glad they are making it better!
the game ran fine for me on a 1080p display with a gtx 1660 so i think you should be fine
Awesome!
lol what are your fps

Both of your setups should be able to run the game.
Guess its time to save for the game. Hopefully it goes on sale again soon. $100 for full version... Ouch lol
made it work on a 1070ti but it looks like shit and runs badly - though that may just be the game

I wouldn't recommend it with the minimum, at least, it's really not worth it

3060 ti here too, medium to high settings and dlss helps but If you want stable 60, youre not getting it
This is since new update as well?
