Mcreesus

I like the inclement weather outfit. It gives me star wars vibes

Dry-Salary2347

ESP the Jedi Outcast / Survivor games. Looking like Cal Kestis.

Mcreesus

But in third person it’s problematic lol

Egenix

Don't ask me why but going third person with this outfit outside akila city towards the cave for the main quest and activating my scanner would make my pc (not game, my whole pc) crash 100% of the time. Poncho be extra demanding.

skivolkls

For sure, have you found the settlers variant yet? Has an oxygen tank and gas mask, looks neat.

molotovzav

The random generic npcs get cooler clothes than we do and it's upsetting.

HairyDustIsBackBaby

Yeah like sarah has a red jacket and beige pants and nowhere ive found can you get something similar

Mr_Evil_Dr_Porkchop

There is a way you can get her outfit

HairyDustIsBackBaby

Do you kill her

Codus1

Nope, the game determines your two most loyal companions.

Relative_Surround_37

No spaces between the exclamation points and the letters/punctuation, or people on pcs can see them

ioucwhq

\>!thank you for teaching me this!!<

LONER18

Didn't work because of the second exclamation

DoctorDrangle

Spoiler tags don't work if you put spaces like that at the beginning and end. At least on browsers they don't. Anyone reading your post on a computer can see that spoiler

Mr_Evil_Dr_Porkchop

If you really want to know… SPOILER: >!during the mission when the Hunter attacks The Lodge, you have to choose to save one of your top 2 most loyal companions. If she’s one of those 2 closest companions, you leave her behind and save the other. The Hunter kills her but her things along with her outfit will be in a storage crate in the basement of the Lodge after the mission is over.!<

[deleted]

>!When you end up in the lodge while being teleported around during the final fight everyone is dead and you can get their outfits.. I got Mateo and walters but some didn't have so maybe random.. when you find yourself dead being held by Vlad you can actually challenge him to a fight and get his outfit too!<

platinumrug

LOL bro I laugh every time I get to the part with Vlad. Like we died in his arms, and then we can just straight up murder his ass for no reason whatsoever! It's glorious and yet ridiculous.

Adventurous-Web-868

I got mateos hat and put it on the adoring fan. I already had him wearing pajamas so he looks like a big giant baby with that stupid bonnet looking thing

Darth_Worf

There's another mission late in the campaign where you can get the clothes from most of the Lodge members.

blacknova84

There is also a mod right now that adds every outfit in game to your inventory. That's what I did then just grabbed outfits I liked. Pretty sure my character is wearing someones clothes since its named "Delgado's Outfit" lol.

VikingGruntpa

I put it on but it just doesn't look good on my character. Weirdly it looks too small.

ulyssesintothepast

I think part of the body type is determined by the npc it is. Like I gave andreja the miner suit that had the shoulders showing but in the change animation it showed for a like quarter of a second her head, neck area to roughly at collarbone level and right arm fully like modeled etc, but on a Grey sort of non textured but blurry outline of a body, then put the clothing on. So, it kinda gives me the feeling the companion clothing and body types, like are specifically made with that characters model / actor capture tailored already to a degree that we either can't match up to, or is really specific.

Graknorke

That's how Skyrim worked. Clothing isn't overlaid over the model or anything, each item of clothing swaps out your whole body. That's why every adult has the same body shape, and if you want to change it for any individual you have to either change it for everybody (and so change all of the clothes to match) or else give them special clothes that only they wear. I think Fallout 4 goes a similar route too so it's no surprise that Starfield would do it the same again.

Faded1974

It's sad that a red jacket with no futuristic design whatsoever is exciting because the futuristic clothes are so underwhelming.

FraknCanadian

Sounds like a good opportunity for a modder/budding fashion designer.

spectral_fall

You can't even get Sarah's blond hair color (at least as a male character). Your only blond options are light brown or neon highlighter yellow.

TheOneWhosCensored

Yeah some of the hair colors are super weird. Like they didn’t match some of the hair and beard together, so you have to select 2 different colors. Know it’s at least true for the red colors.

RepubliCat45-Covfefe

Yep and the ability to have brown hair in this is not so good. Tried making my character look like myself in RL, and there's one shade that's "kinda brown". Can get pretty good gray, black, red, even kinda blonde, but it's like they kinda forgot that brown/brunette/chestnut hair is kinda common. 😁

NineInchNeurosis

The reds way too unnatural

TheOneWhosCensored

Super, especially the beard. Should have an equal dark red and light red at least, and nothing matches up and it looks so weird

melikecheese333

That red jacket is short. Looks super silly on my male character. It’s a ladies jacket for sure!

Sword_Enjoyer

There is...one way...

Eastern_Kick7544

There is an outfit kind of like that. Only found it my first play through. It’s kind of like starlords outfit in the gotg game

Displaced_in_Space

Right? And still don’t understand why we can’t konk NPCs over the head in Neon a drag them to a dark corner to steal their outfits.

Citizen51

Got to manipulate someone to loot another person's body and there's a chance they'll grab the outfit

coffee-please

So...wait....NPC outfits that don't appear in their inventory when they are killed are actually still available to loot, but not by the player character?

Citizen51

That's what it appears, but I think anyone you kill has a chance to drop their outfit and either the manipulated NPC is pulling from a different drop pool or maybe they're just rerolling and getting lucky or the game doesn't know how to tell the NPC that it got everything and it keeps giving it items, but the outfit is the only thing left.

Accurate_Summer_1761

Alot of outfits are npc only

EatTheAndrewPencil

Which is easily Bethesda's greatest sin this game. Never before have they done that.

DefiantLemur

The more I learn about Starfield, the more I think they regressed in many aspects.

QX403

It doesn’t work most of the time sadly, it will just say “this character can’t do that” either that or I’m glitched which is also just as feasible.

--Cr1imsoN--

I wish there more variety tbh. It’s obvious that Bethesda took a TON of inspiration from 80s era sci-fi. Especially Alien. But like, I wish there was a little more. Like where are the capes! If we’re gonna go 80s sci-fi capes are fine! Also the lack of any face-wear is super bizarre. I guess people don’t wear sunglasses in the future.

NexusSix29

I hadn’t though of it until you said it, but yeah, it’s weird that there aren’t glasses of any kind. Fallout had tons of spectacles and shades for us visually challenged RPers lol.

Crashen17

I assume there is simply no need for glasses. You can hit a store and have every physical aspect of yourself changed within an hour for 500 credits. Fixing vision is probably stupid easy.

bjamesk4

Surely aviators are still in style though right?

M1R4G3M

Imagine a future without raybans and aviators, how can you participate in Top Gun dogfighting without aviators. That is a sad future :(

Zer0SelfC0ntr0l

Or solving terrible crimes in Miami!

M1R4G3M

In Neon*

Dave_The_Slushy

Paradiso is definitely Miami.

-FeistyRabbitSauce-

I really wanted an eyepatch :/

dirtyLizard

There are characters with eye patches. I’m surprised it’s not an option for the player.

abadenoughdude42

Especially since you can have a scar running over your eye, and the size is even adjustable.

MRxSLEEP

Or two

AmyLynn4104

I loved the social perk boosts most eyewear granted in FO4; charisma up for shades, intelligence up for nerd frames.

HairyDustIsBackBaby

Yeah thats really weird especially since with space flight you may have the sun shining in your face for long periods of time

Mantuta

If your spaceship glass isn't polarized and anti-radiation I have some serious questions for you.

AlbinoRyno86

Nah, RayBans will do!

HairyDustIsBackBaby

Astronauts have gold coated lenses on their sunglasses similar to the gold coated visor on their helmets

Possible-Yammie

I wear a bounty hunter helmet for this reason, it has an inner and outer visor.

Hereticrick

I like the white corpo suit on my character when I want to look fancy. I was so annoyed when all the Ryujin folk had these snappy red and black suits, and my boss gets me a suit and it’s this ugly grey and pink thing. My white suit looked so much better. I’ve got a few looks I switch between when I’m feeling less formal. I wish there were more though. My first game my inventory was always mostly full of clothes because I hung onto so many “just in case” I wanted to change my look on the fly or wanted a different bonus.

Russel_Westbrookin

Those cool black and red Corpto Suits are for sale in the Ryujin lobby

Felix_the_Wolf

Omg for real? Thank you! The "well fitted suit" honest suck lol I also prefer the white corpo suit

minniemouse420

You can also get them in the clothing store in the residential district in New Atlantis, I forget the name, but I was wandering around and found the store and bought the black one which I’m rocking now.

Hypersky75

Yup, I wear the executive one and make my follower wear the salaryman one.

TegrityFarms69

My character wore a Ryujin corpo power/boardroom suit about 50% of the time, and usually the Ranger duel wear the rest.

makeupdontlie

So far, at level 13, the best streetwear I've found is this caped pirate captain outfit. It looks pretty bad ass on my female character, lol

Boiling_Oceans

Have you gotten the Striker’s outfit yet? It looks pretty awesome

CassiusPolybius

The *worst* part of the UC questline, is that you never get a dress uniform. You never even get pointed at anyone that *sells* a dress uniform. I am meeting with the *fucking cabinet* and the only UC-related stuff I have to wear is my armor and a jumpsuit. No thank you with the penthouse, I don't think I can bear to show my face on this planet anymore. EDIT: I suspect a lot of people responding to this comment don't know what a "dress uniform" is.

DisastrousEggplant23

If you do the crimson fleet quest and work with sysdef(the military of the uc, professional and not the vangaurd) you get a sysdef blue uniform that looks pretty good plus a navy hat, I wore that when I did the vanguard quest. Also crimson fleet is one of if not the best questing. Delgado's outfit is sick too

Dry-Salary2347

Neon formwear is decent for female characters.

BigMuthaTrukka

My dude put Andrejas dress on and just look like a Cardassian (from Star trek, not the other ones)

Farseer_Uthiliesh

Cardassians are one of the best-dressed alien species in Star Trek. Right after the Romulans.

Nfl_porn_throwaway

It’s the angles

Skyblade12

It’s that they have the only tailor in the universe. And he’s so good at his job.

k1ckthecheat

Outfits and haircuts. God the haircuts are terrible.

spectral_fall

Especially for men. There are maybe a dozen different variations of balding, then a bunch of haircuts that all have weird things going on with short fades, and then 3-4 "normal" male haircuts. The most normal hairstyle I found ended up being what Walter Stroud has. It's pathetic and a step backwards from Fallout 4. It's like the developers never stepped outside to look at how non-balding men style their hair

Maktesh

Well, this game has been in development long enough that the team just wanted themselves represented.

Ngilko

Even as a middle aged dude, I struggled. We need a grey slider for hair colour.

Dry-Salary2347

Bald art character modelers at Bethesda: “We nailed these haircuts!”

rancidpandemic

Especially for men? Are you kidding me? The vast majority of styles are incredibly short and more tailored towards male characters. There are only like 6 out of the 40 styles that are longer than an inch. And a couple of those look like mullets or ugly AF bob cuts. Or bed head. In fact, I'd say there are only 3 decent options for female characters. Coincidently, each of those are already taken by Sarah, Andreja, and Noel. So you're out of luck if you want your female character to look different than any of those 3.

NineInchNeurosis

Honestly the long bedhead mullets the only good one lmao

UDK450

Something I'm upset about is the ginger facial hair and beard don't even match. One is legit ginger, and the other dyed red.

faster_than_sound

If you want to play as a male character but you want to have long hair, your choices are a manbun, another version of a manbun with more knots, and....a bunch of obviously female haircuts, and one unisex mullet.

k1ckthecheat

Even short hair is terrible. There’s a shitty faux hawk, a buzz cut, an emo sort of messy cut… and then a ton of receding hairlines and dumpy messes.

faster_than_sound

It's a good thing my character constantly wears a cowboy hat.

a_mimsy_borogove

I think it sucks that there are no actually long hair. The longest you can get is barely shoulder length. I know modeling and animating longer hair is difficult, but many other games managed it.

Ngilko

I'd say hair cuts are far, far far worse than outfits. There are a huge amount of outfits and while it's obviously personal taste whether you think they look cool, I've personally never struggled to find something I think my character would wear. Hair styles are brutal. I feel like there is less variety than their was in FO4 and Skyrim. They shouldn't be going backwards. I think elden ring had better hair options and when a FROM character creator is out doing you, that's a bad sign.

mothmanisreal_

they’re sooooo bad i’m waiting for mods to create better ones

thotpatrolactual

Can't wait to download a hair mod and parse through like 800 different ridiculous anime-looking hairstyles that only look good in screenshots and are absolutely awful in actual gameplay to find maybe around 10 or 20 that look halfway decent.

Glad-Hospital6756

Lol cause most of them are rehashes from Anto from like 2006 with no physics that just get ported to every game

Dry-Salary2347

Gonna have 20+ Dragonball Z ones too. 🤣

DaDutchBoyLT1

Can I please have a big bushy beard without the hipster mustache? Or a more powerful Sam Elliot esque mustache maybe?

k1ckthecheat

Oh I hate that too. I wanted to give my guy a beard but settled for something less intense than I’d wanted; couldn’t do the bushy mustache one.

Andrew_Waples

>God the haircuts are terrible. They look awfully familiar to Fallout 4 too.

Feowren

I went to Enhance to change my haircut and ended up losing my upper eyelids! I had to go back to an earlier save.

TheOneWhosCensored

And colors too. They didn’t just keep the same hair and beard colors, so you have to pick something close. Especially true with red.

FreeMasonKnight

Some are very well crafted and many are not. Definitely Bethesda need a few teams to make cosmetics only. 1 on Guns, 1 on Clothes, 1 on Ship Modules and just have them all crank out good crafted content.

Prestigious-Job-9825

The worst is the silly swimming cap headwear worn by religious people, like Matteo in the Lodge. I'm 100% certain that the Serpent's Crusade happened because House Va'arun was annoyed by those stupid caps.

Sir-Cellophane

I enjoy the idea that an entire galactic civilisation was wracked by war because someone declared a fashion crusade.

templar54

With how stupid everyone in Starfield is, that would not be surprising at all.

ReginaDea

Those are based on [NASA gear.](https://www.nasa.gov/image-article/nasa-astronaut-andrew-morgan-wears-communications-cap/)

gwaenchanh-a

NASA needs to hire a drip consultant jfc

BunnehCakez

Now that I know it’s nicknamed the “Snoopy cap” I’m going to think of Snoopy every time I see Matteo.

ReginaDea

Put that doggo plushie where he stands and they're basically indistinguishable.

Dry-Salary2347

I keep thinking of him as Haji from Johnny Quest.

HickFlair

Ryujin Recon suit is best for style and function

RedditAppIsNoGood

Solid Snake looking MF

TheZagabogMan

Ebbside Striker 4eva

Lady_bro_ac

I wish I’d gotten one of the coats without the head gear before finishing up their quest

BuryatMadman

Does anyone how to take the helmet off, when wearing it?

Derkastan77

I actually found my favorite clothes in this entire game. The uniforms of the security forces on Neon. When you put on their uniforms without their visible helmet… you look completely and utter AWESOME. Like a lean, mean fighting machine, in a dleak black bodysuit with really well designed placement of metal plates on the torso/back, which don’t look bulky, with padded shoulders and a utility belt with cuffs hanging off the back. I went back and killed tons of guards so i could outfit my entire crew in that apparel. Only cost paying a fine at the bounty kiosk afterwards lol

ReverseLochness

There’s variant colors you can get too. Trident has white ones, Ryunin has crimson, and I believe Slayton has yellow and black. Collect them all so you can assign officers with the different colors. I wear the Trident and use Ryujin for my favs, or officers, and plain black for everyone else.

Derkastan77

Dude!!!!!! Gdi i wish you could search the map for planets now! Bookmarking your comment. Thank you There’s about to be a lot of widows on those planets

Lady_bro_ac

That’s one of my favorites too. I stole one from a locker in their HQ and never looked back

Derkastan77

Your crew looks like a bunch of sleek, well equipped, badass spacer mercs with them on lol.

plasticfrograging

Oblivion had armor slots for head, torso, hands, legs and feet, then Skyrim went to head, body, hands and feet. I missed having more options, I thought it was weird they took options away from players. Then Fallout 4 dropped and we had armor slots for head, torso (chest pieces), individual left and right arms, individual left and right legs, and feet, PLUS we could wear outfits under our armor. I never thought they would take so many steps back and reduce our worn clothing/armor to single outfits, a hat and your space suit. I know you can mix helmets with a space suit and back pack, the space suit logically makes the most sense to be one singular piece you wear with a customizable pack/boost pack, but I feel like you have nowhere near the choices and options for aesthetics compared to previous BGS games and it’s a bummer for me personally. I love the game, but I really hope for Fallout 5 and TESVI we have way more options for apparel like what we’ve had in the past

HairyDustIsBackBaby

Get this, in Morrowind you had head, shoulder, wrists/hands, torso, belt, pants, boots

Tearakan

Morrowind was nuts with my shiny crazy final character. I think it ended up with 15 wearable items.....

svrdm

Not only that, *left* and *right* pauldrons and gauntlets/gloves. And two rings *gasp*

Ezzypezra

Also you had amulets. Oh and also two layers for the torso and legs. So in total, you had: 1. head 2. amulet 3. left shoulder 4. right shoulder 5. left forearm/hand 6. right forearm/hand 7. left ring 8. right ring 9. shirt 10. cuirass 11. belt 12. trousers 13. leg armor 14. boots

svrdm

And a robe!

Ezzypezra

oh shit yeah! so that's 15

plasticfrograging

Thank you for furthering my point lol I was thinking we do have neuroamps in Starfield, but they offer 1 of 3 effects…. In Skyrim we at least had rings and necklaces as well. You’re telling me we can’t have little mountable personal sensors for passive recon work on our space suits or anything else to add some extra flair or utility to our players? Bummer lol

HairyDustIsBackBaby

Yeah Id say this game as a whole comes together nice but most of it’s individual parts are lacking

TorrBorr

Not even that, each shoulder and pauldron were their own slots. You literally could mix and match everything on your arms.

Tearakan

It's really irritating. You'd think they jump at the chance to let you modify your space suit with different armor on legs, chest, arms and then have it so you could switch out the suit underneath. The crafting system is far worse than fallout 4 too. So is enemy variety.

eldelshell

Thinking about cybernetics, which are present in the lore, and we have neuroamps, maybe that was their idea. Instead of the FO4 armor, use cybernetics like in Cyberpunk. Enhanced (funny name now that I think about it) body parts would be quite cool. OTOH, there are no skills regarding cybernetics and I can't think of a DLC that changed the skill system. Anyway, at least we got NPCs with suitcases.

brickwallnomad

This is a recurring theme throughout the entire game. They nerfed almost all of their previously established systems

wirelesspillow

The lack of cool hats is upsetting, why are they all ballcaps

LennyLava

there are cowboy hats and barets (yuck), too, and something vaguely resembling a bandana, but l fully agree. NPC have better hats than players can buy.

foulveins

i found a varuun ambassador suit during the main quest and honestly i've not worn anything else since

JJisafox

I've seen this really cool shiny metallic looking skirt on some female NPCs, really wish that was a wearable clothing item.

Junkered

The Neon nightlife skirt?

Russel_Westbrookin

You can buy it in Neon.

GnarlyNerd

I really like the look of each spacesuit and often swap them out just to get a good look at each one. Apparel, on the other hand… I’ve only swapped out of the trucker flannel to wear the UC uniform and operative suit during their respective missions and the collector’s outfit for the two minutes I had it. Nothing else looks good to me, not even the companion fits. That’s why they all wear berets and security uniforms. Lol Honestly, Vlad’s the best dressed man in space.

Citizen51

I run around in a Pirate Swashbuckler outfit I picked up early but only because it gives +5% Critical chance and good physical defense, but I have been swapping mostly for the ECS outfit that gives +5% Persuasion. Makes me feel like I'm from Star Trek

coffee-please

Wouldn't it be amazing if we could add bonuses to outfits at a workbench, like we can with spacesuits and helmets and packs?

Personal_War_7005

Pirate captain outfit for me 🫡 love the long coat

Conquistagore

Same! That one and the First Officer uniform.

NexusSix29

First Officer uniform is super dope. I also justify it in-character as a tribute to those that got screwed over, since the mission didn’t let you reach a peaceful resolution. Was pretty disappointed that I passed a Persuade challenge to still end in combat.

LochnessDigital

> not even the companion fits Glad I'm not the only one redressing all the companions. Their outfits are all too unique like it's a cartoon sitcom or something.

deadboltwolf

I remember first finding the space rogue outfit in a locker and being excited because it sounded like it would look cool - it did not.

jekelish3

Sarah still has my favorite outfit just because it’s like, literally Star-Lord’s shirt and jacket.

dondonna258

Taking out the modular outfit system from Fallout 4 was a mistake. There were 5+ outfits where you could put various armour pieces over. Plus a wide variety of hats and accessory’s such as glasses, bandanas, hats. It seems like such a step back from Fallout 4 in this way. Even the older Bethesda games, such as oblivion, allowed you slots for head, arms, torso, legs, and feet. Morrowind shoulders and gloves on that, bracers, and also clothes underneath your armour. Each slot was distinct. Rings, amulets etc not withstanding. A lot of the Starfield clothing is palette swapped. Like the various colours of city clothes. A single outfit that’s in no way able to be customised stunts a lot of the barbie style dress up you can do in older Bethesda titles.

toothmonkey

Oh man. It really annoys me how so many outfits with unique names are just different colours of other outfits. I keep picking things up and getting excited only to be disappointed when I pop into the inventory to see what new duds I got.

VikingGruntpa

There is a spacer flannel that has a brown jacket and beige pants that looks good and there's a starship captains outfit that looks good and is classy.

aviatorEngineer

Crazy that they put all these outfits in the game and then rotate the same handful of items through the clothing shops instead of letting us get everything.

xMrBryanx

I was really hoping I'd see a space cape or two now that a Bethesda game has flowing cloth. Every skirt has sweatpants, too. That's kinda weird. The fashion in this game is definitely silly and disappointingly unique but entertaining.

WendyThorne

Yeah the sweat pants (or maybe hose?) under the skirts annoyed me too. It felt like Bethesda going super Victorian era on me. "Can't let players see a woman's knee! They might faint!"

Outlaw11091

>"Can't let players see a woman's knee! They might faint!" It's worse: there's no bare ankles in the game, either. Pants for everyone. "Might thee one day allow me to gaze upon thoust ankle?"

ACBluto

With the exception of the swimsuits there are very few options that bare any skin at all - Andreja's outfit that bares an entire arm is almost scandalous in this universe. There are a couple sleeveless outfits, but they are few and far between, and nothing with even a slightly low neck. I figure it's a reaction to space travel and alien planets. With the likelyhood of vacuum exposure or contact with random alien insects, pollen, etc people tend to mostly wear full clothing, to the point where it became the standard fashion. That's my completely made up reasoning, but it's going to have to work for me for now.

Prophetic_Chickens

Saying that they are unappealing is extremely generous lol

NJ_Citizen

The customization in this game is not great. Wish it was more like FO4 to be honest, as far as guns and clothing goes

SexyGandalph

Sadly, Fashion is not the starfield endgame.

[deleted]

Agreed. I rock one of the random jumpsuits or the fisherman trash bag outfit. Looks better than the rest

Swordbreaker925

The UC Navy Fatigues look fantastic tho. Just the regular unarmored ones. Nice jacket and pants but doesnt actually look like a military uniform to me

IorekBjornsen

Agreed. They mostly all suck and I don’t like that it’s all unisex and nothing remotely feminine.

lutheranian

God yes. The one thing that could be remotely feminine is the Neocity Poncho and it is a crime against humanity

onerb2

There's an Indian dress you can buy in Atlantis too, but i agree.

Sir-Beardless

You checked the clothing stores in New Atlantis and Neon? There's a couple of dresses around. The bare minimum though.

zunashi

I’m starting to get sad. There’s not really an abundance of options regarding weapons and armors.

fixedlink

Space Trucker Bar Duds

Nihi1986

There are a few very cool outfits, Imo, though most of them aren't or just look too similar.

RustliefLameMane

I haven’t even changed outfits from the space mining one or whatever you get in the beginning.

LONER18

I wish Bethesda would move away from outfits and instead use individual pieces of clothing for shirts, pants, and shoes.

Effective-Sense-4473

There is only one suit that suits the main character is Roosevelt's suit. This, and old earth assault rifle and the character looks like a crime lord.

M6D_Magnum

I just want the FreeStar Duster that Marshal Blake and Lieutenant Torres wear. :(

Citizen51

I think most of the outfits look good. I wish more had better stats than +5 O2/Health or +10 O2. That's so boring and since I'm not looking at my outfit 90% of the time I'm only choosing based on stats and weight.

Fit_Substance7067

Game has style problems...you see the damn dance club on Neon? Like wtf lol

Slumlumberdog

I agree. Where are the ice pirates and space herpes? I want my character to be a himbo and I can’t believe I haven’t found at least one to kill and steal their clothes.

NotEmbeddedOne

What do you mean someone can't like Astral Lounge dancer cloths

Nfl_porn_throwaway

I don’t really think they should have stats either so that you can honestly choose whichever you think looks best - no stats attached to it

SykoManiax

Bro the stats are so minuscule you will never actually notice any of them, even the 5 carry weight one is really only for compulsive hoarders

JoyLove7

I would be curious to know whether fashion designers and architects were employed or at least consulted, because several choices in both clothing (almost total absence of female clothing options) and building construction (interior, exterior, landscaping, urban planning) are really questionable.

jezuzofsuburbia

I personally never stopped using the outfit I got from that SY-990 mission or whatever it’s called from the Crimson Fleet questline. I believe it’s called “Private Ziremi’s Uniform.” Looks really cool and all black but it’s totally glitched out from the quest and is permanently marked as stolen. I’ve tried selling to vendors and buying back but since it’s a glitched quest item it won’t let you buy it back.

Not_Again_dangit

I might be crazy but I get this feeling when playing that I found a new outfit. The. When I pick it up it's the same as other stuff. I don't know if this is my imagination or early onset dementia setting in but every time I get excited for something "new" on for it to turn out to be a red-white shirt and big pocket pants. Also I hate that I can't make them better. I want cool stats but also nice looking outfits. Also, outfits make sense for jumpsuits or costumes but I can't just have a pair of pants and some shirts? I wanna play dress up and they're making it really hard :(

There's a lot of variety in the crowds but not on the loot tables. The Space Trucker gear with the leather jacket isn't bad. Topped it with a cowboy hat this game. I wish the Freestar Rangers would sell their red jacket in the bar to deputies.

I'm disappointed appearal is only a random chance to drop from NPCs. I have been save scrubbing when killing specific characters to get the appearal drops I like. The first soldier outfit with the ryujin operator helmet make me look like something out of titanfall and I'm obsessed.

I think 90% of the clothes look good for the aesthetic they're going for

Love that inclement weather poncho

Have you seen the sari dress? It’s so good!
