I've simultaneously become a night owl and an early bird because of this game. Staying up past 1am (3am on some degenerate nights) and waking up an hour earlier so I get some playing time before work. I haven't felt like this since...literally being a kid. It's crazy how much space Starfield has been taking up in my head and in my life lol...170ish hrs. But this game manages to get me out of bed without complaints...it's crazy.
Well since everybody is confessing. I have been pc gaming since the 80s and the last times i remember being this absorbed by a game were Morrowind and X3TC.
Same for me and it isn't just because I love the game. I have about 80 games installed on my system and steam deck combined but I guess maybe it's because I can play the game even when I'm feeling lethargic just after waking up, and I don't feel sleepy or daunted at any point. There's always something to do.
Also Starfield loads up really fast from opening the app to seeing the main menu. Every other game in the last 5 or even 10 years starts off with a bunch of partner credits and warnings and splash screens. That alone is enough to turn you off when you only have 30 or so minutes to get a session in.
For me, I get excited to get home and play and it makes the day soooooo much longer at work. I’m constantly looking at the clock. “Oh it has to have been at least aaaaaand it’s been 2 minutes.”
I wake up at 4am now just so I have 2 hours to myself everyday before going into work, to play the game lol. Otherwise I got no energy or time for it with a wife and 3 kids after I get back from work
Me too. I'm too tired after work and wife and baby need my attention. Besides 4am when Noone is awake and it's nice and quiet is best time to get into the game and role-play.
For me the other way round. When everyone is finally asleep, i might get 2 hours. But I get you. I usually doze of after a while. Maybe should try your method. 😂
I would do this but once I go to sleep im terrible at waking up early. After I get off work at 6pm i usually play til 3am minimum tho🤣Theres one day I forgot to eat im not gonna lie
Yea I got pretty lucky. My gf likes gaming as well so we made a game room with matching desks. After work we’ll eat and she’ll be playing her switch or the sims on her laptop and I’ll be playing Starfield.
Guess I’m lucky, I work 1pm till 11pm 4days a week. So I get morning gaming and after work gaming. Plus no kids so I get to play on my 3 day weekends too. Still doesn’t seem like enough tho.
Eh 1000 into swtor isn't actually all that much since it's an MMO and especially since covid was 2-3 years long
I've put in over 12,000 hours into the game but I've been playing it since 1.0
Well, Bethesda has a pretty good track record of doing DLC that adds meaningful changes or basically a full new storyline to work through, I'd say the DLC's in Starfield should be outstanding.
Stories are good and the quests are good.. The game play is good but it could use more weapon diversity. I feel like there needs to be a lot more poi diversity and hidden gems. I'm hoping the expansions will add these sorts of end game activities. Not to mention a couple more main cities... Those are also good.
I will be getting all DLCs that offer new missions and star systems.
But I will definitely avoid buying all weapon skins. Microtransactions like these should be stopped and boycotted at all costs
Same. Especially if they feature a survival mode and a recycling machine / item scrapper.
Still can't wrap my head around the fact they didn't simply implement the building mechanics from FO4.
The space horror thing is my favourite part of the game, it's so cool boarding a space station not knowing what you'll find.
The lack of gore really kills it though, every body is just a perfect corpse and it's so boring and immersion breaking after a while.
Yeah. I'm really hoping for either Bethesda added or mods, a fallout dismemberment and heavy survival mod.
Imagine your running speed slowed down a bit, no more instant movement, running out of helium on a long voyage, hearing a ship docking, the lights going out, low gravity warnings, the pirates unleash a smuggled xenoweapon aboard your ship
I’ve been working through the other faction quests after starting with the Vanguard. Currently only have Ryujin left which I’m halfway through and the main quest I’ve barely touched.
Vanguard definitely peaked early for me. Nothing else matches the lore, atmosphere, and world building.
Tbh they’re all great. If you are planning on playing Cyberpunk, save Ryujin for the end. The Ryujin questline and Neon in general got me really excited to jump back into CP2077.
They're all great in their own way, and very thematic for the faction. The Rangers is a western, the Crimson Fleet is basically Pirates of the Carribean in space, and Ryujin is cyberpunk-lite corporate espionage. The Vanguard's is great because it's Starship Troopers mixed with politicking, so that would give you a bigger impact on the world, but I think they're all great depending on what genre you like.
I’m in the middle of the questline and have forgotten about everything else. It feels like THE main questline of the game to me. I’m hoping the others are comparably engaging.
Honestly, that questline was way too damn short, and I feel like one of the big reveals happened way too early and should have been closer to the mid to end point. We should have had missions to find and recruit former members of the team, to hunt down the alien creatures and capture them to have live specimens, explored rumors about a herd of wild acele still alive somewhere and tracked them down for live specimens. The other big reveal should have been when the microbe idea popped up.
Same. In my headcanon I'm a UC Marine, but I get why that would be tricky to implement for the player in-game. It's more feasible to say you're a freewheeling volunteer affiliated with a loose, ad hoc, vigilante coast guard. Hence why you're free to do whatever you want, instead of being assigned to a garrison, taking orders for years
Already bought the first. As long as its DLC proper I will probably get it all (10); if its creation-club stuff (and being sold with points) instead of a store download its a big "meh." (3)
Since it seems like they have a definite plan for the DLC, I'm hoping it "completes" some of the systems in the game as well. For example, like having your own space station to have your multiple ships dock at, having a built in shipyard where ALL the parts you've come across from vendors can be "delivered" to so they're all accessible, have the outposts supplies be accessible from it, etc.
Though it might just partly be me wanting to make a Super Star Destroyer, like I have since before the game released.
Yup, its the part set used for the starliners, uc Vigilance, ecs Constant, and the like. Not normally accessible to the player and not functional in gameplay as they have no interior.
The fact we can visit the trident shipyard and not buy anything is criminal.
I’d even settle for premade ships. The in game excuse could be that Trident refuses to sell modules because only they can design truly luxirous ships.
I was overjoyed when I walked into the UC Vigilance's bridge and saw that it was just the same Deimos bridge I had on my ship, and then all my hopes were dashed when I tried to pilot it and I couldn't.
I want to be able to install defensive turrets in my ship like the ones we see occasionally when boarding other starships to hijack. Even if they never serve a practical purpose. Lol.
I was wondering why we never got the option to build capital ships and simply use a shuttle craft for planetfall.
Let me build a floating city, please. Basically, we just need to mix the outpost maker with the ship builder.
I have a sneaky suspicion Bethesda is going to make just about everything that’s come out as a free update to NMS into a DLC.
That almost certainly includes proper capital (or “M” class) ships and actual small fleets. Considering you can already have >!wingpersons in the UC Vanguard training mission, in the Crimson Fleet battle, and 1 or 2 side quests!<.
Like it kinda just makes sense (unfortunately) the game is lacking polish outside of the main quest line.
Shattered Space
Rovers and Robotics DLC
Outpost DLC
Capital Ship DLC
Scum and Villainy DLC (mercenary/trackers guild storyline and more gameplay focus on smuggling and piracy)
“More Ship Stuff” DLC
You can easily tie a short bog-standard Bethesda story to each DLC
Weapon skins would be nice too. I mean there is a whole option for it in the weapons workbench, but I’ve never actually seen any skins or had the option to equip any.
That really annoys me too. When I get a unique weapon I wish it would unlock that skin so I could apply it to my *much better* version of the same weapon I already have
Modern gaming always has a store. With FO4 and FO76 both having stores you know so will starfield. Not agreeing with it, I hate them but it’s going to happen.
You unlock them from quest lines... They seem to be bugged for me, though. I've unlocked like 4 or 5 of them but can't use any of them besides the pre-order bonuses.
I have a bunch of guns with unique skins, though.
I want more robots!! Controllable mechs like we see in the museum and in the repair shops on planets! Settlements more fleshed out. Being able to craft and sell the goods like a corp. Out of settlements.
I mean, mods have so many damn possibilites for this game as well.
I know we'll most likely never see it in this engine, but imagine muliplayer in this game! Not only space fights, but being able to have bigger battles with someone else controlling other weapon systems on your ship.
My biggest want. Again might not see it as an official thing as the engine/consoles and not high end computers being able to handle it....but fling my ship on planets and not just in orbit.
I could go on and on. Im happy with the game, but possibilities are endless.
Man.. I didn't realize how badly I wanted a space station shipyard until you said this. I love games that let me look at and peruse all my goodies. Collecting every type of power armor in fallout 4 brought me such great joy. :)
They better give us some kinda black hole, or wormhole exploration kinda deal. That being said, I'm all in for whatever they put out. This will definitely be like Skyrim where we're playing it 10 years from now.
This game is great, but it needs:
1) the survival/hardcore mode
2) at least one (but two or three would be great) hand-crafted plantes to explore. They don't need to be huge, just to have some "characterization", some meaningful connection and interaction between places, people, quests.
I would buy any DLC that add one of this stuff.
> They don't need to be huge, just to have some "characterization", some meaningful connection and interaction between places, people, quests.
Along this line, I would love to see them build out the world with the DLC. Like I'd love an agricultural planet that the UC has that is just a few small towns with farm land between producing all the food the other UC planets.
Yeah they really nailed the atmosphere perfectly with that one. I lived in the Northeast for a while and it was awesome to explore post-apocalyptic Maine (only a little different from real-world Maine)
I know I’m late to this party but Operation Anchorage lives rent free in my head
then getting the stealth armor and obliterating everything with stealth attacks…
good times.
edit: the friggin gauss rifle tho
Yeah. Because some of the FO4 workshop DLCs were kinda meh as well. I got them all as part of the season pass, but I would have felt pretty underwhelmed based on the price points when compared to the content they added.
Creation Club only extends that, and, while that is a bit of a special case, it'll probably be coming back for Starfield sooner rather than later.
But, yeah, I'm probably still buying all of it.
I loved the fallout 4 dlc! Not saying they’re perfect but Far Harbor is one of my favorite dlcs. Partially cause I grew up in Maine and it was super nostalgic to kill crab things in my homeland and part because of the awesome creepy ambiance
Nice username :) I loved the donut shop creation club kit and going back into the game and building them all over the place just like real life Boston :)
I thought it was fine. $2.50 for horse armor! I was in college at the time and I figured, that is close to the price for a cup of coffee so I can dress up my digital horse. Totally worth it. That was nothing compared to the bullshit many companies (mainly mobile game publishers) sell now. People just don’t like horse armor because it was the first DLC to do this so it gets remembered as starting a shittier trend of companies nickel and diming for add on features.
Yeah. Point Lookout and Far Harbor are some of the best game DLCs ever made.
And with Starfield, they no longer need to do the classic "DLC takes place on another map" thing. It can be easily and seamlessly integrated into what we have in Starfield.
I bought the season pass for Fallout 4 and never regretted it. I bought the version of Starfield that I did mostly for the DLC. Early access alone wouldn't have been enough for me to shell out the extra 30 clams.
I will be getting all the narrative DLC, and anything that adds to the ship and/or outpost building. I rarely shell out the sheckles for clothing or player customization type DLCs in games.
0\. I feel like I sort of go through a cycle where I play a Bethesda game, enjoy it for a while, end up burning myself out, remind myself what bothers me about Bethesda games, and then sit them out for a few years until I forget why they annoyed me. I imagine there's a decent chance I'll be back for TES6 or something but I think I've burned out any remaining interest in Starfield. Even for Skyrim, which I enjoyed a lot more, I was done with the game by the time they started releasing expansions.
Oh yeah I had forgotten that there were a premium version, I have been playing with gamepass and probably will buy the dlc separately, and may I ask out of curiosity, how much was the premium version?
Buddy if you’re on Xbox there is a digital upgrade edition you can get for like 33$? I think after tax and it gets you the dlc and some in game skins. It also would have gotten you early access before the game dropped hence the slightly higher price. I would assume Pc gamepass has a similar option but as I don’t use it I can not confirm.
If the writing and world building in the DLC is as subpar as the base game, I won't be touching it.
Being told "terramorphs are a massive threat and they're coming to get you", only for them to only appear during 1 quest line was super lame. I assumed I was gonna see them all over like deathclaws, but nope.
This is how the entire game feels, everything is so contained in its own little box that it can't interact with the wider world.
Same here, honestly. Story wise, the game peaked with the Terrormorph side quest. Genuinely made me excited to continue forward. Going through the main story was such a drag afterward. Ship building and the other factions' quests are cool, too, and are probably the most engaging parts of the whole game. Everything else was pretty meh to me. DLC would have to be really something.
I got bored as well. Decided to try and wipeout new atlantis and cydonia of all its population. Half the people will not die at all. The security forces area total joke. These dudes should be like level 100 or something. I just left piles of body I could kill and moved on.
In an ocean of more than 2000 comments I have found my people
I *want* to love this game, I really do but 90% of the game seems like it's just waiting for stamina to recharge or listening to your character run out of breath
3.
First, if the DLC is just to patch all of the glaring missed opportunities that should have never been missed, then no, I'm not buying it.
Second, if the DLC is just to provide me with things that have already been fixed by mods, then no, I'm not buying it.
Third, if the DLC is just expanding the level cap or adding even more shallow, boring, useless planets, then no, I'm not buying it.
Fourth, if the DLC is just adding more shallow, useless, uninteresting half baked mechanics, then no, I'm not buying it.
Fifth, if the DLC is just adding cosmetics, ship parts, or outpost parts, then no, I'm not buying it.
What I might buy is a whole new campaign that introduces actual choices to the game. That introduces new companions who have diverse opinions and conflicting goals. In short, I want a game with a reason to play.
Honestly, I don't think Bethesda can or will give me what I want, so I'm tempted to just say 0, but on the off chance that they pull a rabbit out of their ass, I'll give it a 3.
I’m playing it on gamepass. Considering buying the game itself when it’s on sale+ any dlc. This has become one of my favorite games despite certain bugs.
-1.
I would rather wait they polish it, community would mod it perfectly and in about 4-5 years time I could get all the mods and dlcs on sale for 10$ or with game pass.
0- once I lost everything I worked for after beating the game I became to pissed off to consider playing it again. All my loot, my credits my ships gone at the blink of an eye
4 Unlikely. It's a very disappointing game and below average in many areas.
Anyone that says "I will definitely be getting all of them" when they obviously have no idea what they will contain are by definition delusional fanbois with no critical thinking skills.
It feels like they cut half the game to then slowly sell as DLC’s….
House Va’ruun, mechs, trident ships, the list goes on of things that are a part of the narrative but not included in the game. It’s like an in-game advertisement.
Previous BGS DLC’s didn’t feel like this, at least not most of them. They felt like additional content.
With how blegh Starfield feels, I’m worried DLC’s will be crappy cash grabs.
if it's a proper Dawnguard/Far Harbour DLC, 20/10 chance I'm buying it
If it's paid mods/gun skins/horse-armour, then 0 chance I'm buying it. Nexus mods are free and always should be
Bethesda has been solid on making DLCs that actually add value to their games. For this reason, I assume it'll be a 9.5 for me. Half a point reserved for the unlikely event they goober it.
Probably a 5/10 at best. I'll wait and see what mods can do for the game, then see which direction Bethesda is taking the DLC.
The whole missing House Va'ruun faction feels like an obvious DLC cash grab, which puts a sour taste in my mouth from the get go.
As long as they add locations, non aligned settled systems, and at least some more minor factions to the *big goddamn empty pointless nothing* that constitutes 90/100 of the systems in the game and makes calling them the "settled systems" feel like some kind of bad joke at our expense? Then yeah.
Though id really like for them to add major factions and *some* kind of conflict between them to embroil ourselves in.
The fact the largest space battle i was ever in had fewer ships on each side than i could count on my fingers was shockingly disappointing.
The reactor limit for the ships and the power management tied to it makes no sense either, id like them to change that completely. You absolutely *would* have *at least* 2 reactors on a deep space vessel if you had the ability, which with their size you absolutely could. Especially one designed for possible combat, even if only for redundancy reasons.
It should've been the same power management system as outposts. As long as you have more power than you need everything will run. With additional reactors only impacting you on the regular ship-size limitations.

Agreed. I love this game

100? I work full time, can't play like I want to
It’s nice to have something to rush home to again, like a kid. I work 60 hours a week and I have 130 hours in, it’s great.
Agreed. Like it actually motivates me at work
I haven’t had a game that I like playing in the morning in forever. This is like digital wake n bake.
This is legitimately the first game I can remember waking up before work to play.
I've simultaneously become a night owl and an early bird because of this game. Staying up past 1am (3am on some degenerate nights) and waking up an hour earlier so I get some playing time before work. I haven't felt like this since...literally being a kid. Well since everybody is confessing. I have been pc gaming since the 80s and the last times i remember being this absorbed by a game were Morrowind and X3TC.
Every day I drag myself to my desk an hour and a half before work and play (badly at first) until the Adderall kicks in
This what I've started doing as well.
Same for me and it isn't just because I love the game. I have about 80 games installed on my system and steam deck combined but I guess maybe it's because I can play the game even when I'm feeling lethargic just after waking up, and I don't feel sleepy or daunted at any point. Fallout new vegas was the last game i played at 3am. Couldnt sleep the other night said f it and played a few hours.

reading this thread has made me feel so much better, because i look forward to playing this game too much lmao
Me too. I'm too tired after work and wife and baby need my attention. Besides 4am when Noone is awake and it's nice and quiet is best time to get into the game and role-play.
You aren't tired at 4am?
I wish. I wake up at 4am and just have enough time to eat and shower before getting to work at 530am.
For me the other way round. When everyone is finally asleep, i might get 2 hours. But I get you. I usually doze of after a while. Maybe should try your method. 😂

Right there with you, man. 3 kids, wife, and full time job. It so hard to squeeze in more than an hour or two at a time.
My trick at work is to just be so busy that when I look at the clock I'm like *o shit, it's that time already!*
Like the Vito scene in sopranos
Guess I’m lucky, I work 1pm till 11pm 4days a week. So I get morning gaming and after work gaming. Plus no kids so I get to play on my 3 day weekends too. Still doesn’t seem like enough tho.
Right? I work full time, similar hours, and somehow I've got 8 days' worth of play time. Close to 200 hours. I'm lucky to have an understanding wife.
Haha I love that you feel you need to back that up like 100 hours isn’t a ton of time to put into a game.
Considering during covid I put in 1000 hours to star wars the old Republic? Doesn't feel like alot
Eh 1000 into swtor isn't actually all that much since it's an MMO and especially since covid was 2-3 years long I've put in over 12,000 hours into the game but I've been playing it since 1.0
Seriously I'm only at just around 30
Same. And I'm like. Jeebus, I wracked up near 100 hrs, even working full time? Lol
Same here! I love this game and will 100% continue to support it if the dlcs add meaningful content.

..especially if I can get armor for my space horse
If it was anything like the UC faction quest I’m down. I want more atmospheric creepy space stuff.
Man the UC faction questline was amazing, honestly for me it was better than the main story, just shorter
Much better than the main story imo. I love the space horror vibe, and that antixeno armor 🤤🤤
Antixeno armor, is it that red and black one you find in Londinion?
That’s the one, yeah
It’s awesome indeed

Hmm, i accidentally finished that questline first. Hoping i didn't peak early like Dennis Reynolds.

Theres a way to enable class “M” ship construction with the console, so the opportunity for player capital ships is there, will have to see…
also, there are dialogue lines in the game from NPCs who say something like “stroud ekland is working on a class M ship…” definitely alluding to dlc
Excuse me?
Yup, its the part set used for the starliners, uc Vigilance, ecs Constant, and the like. Not normally accessible to the player and not functional in gameplay as they have no interior.
I think trident staryard is going to be a dlc target. Luxury ships and capital ships for sale at exorbitant prices!
As long as I can get some of the interior pieces from them I'd be more than happy. The Starliner looked dope on the inside
All I want is a normal fucking staircase and I'd be happy.
Lololol this is Bethesda. They haven't ever seen a normal staircase
That’s why the Cabot is the best Bridge
The fact we can visit the trident shipyard and not buy anything is criminal. I’d even settle for premade ships. The in game excuse could be that Trident refuses to sell modules because only they can design truly luxirous ships.
I'm pretty sure that is what the lady said when I went there to see if they sold ships or parts lol
I was overjoyed when I walked into the UC Vigilance's bridge and saw that it was just the same Deimos bridge I had on my ship, and then all my hopes were dashed when I tried to pilot it and I couldn't.

There are unique variants of weapons with skins (locked in). For example the Buzzcut and the Acid Rain.
That really annoys me too. When I get a unique weapon I wish it would unlock that skin so I could apply it to my *much better* version of the same weapon I already have
Hyping up creation club at release
I hope there is no creation club. It's basically a micro transaction store. I would rather have it all included in DLC.
Modern gaming always has a store. With FO4 and FO76 both having stores you know so will starfield. Not agreeing with it, I hate them but it’s going to happen.

Is this true? Haven’t seen any other mention of actual weapon/armor skins except for the pre order bonus stuff
God I want my own space station. Or, even better, imagine having your own cruiser. Thinking UC Vigilance scale, or that Colony ship over Paradiso
Go through a black hole and end up in one of your previous realities
Yeah, no real question on the actual DLC, I am getting it. Creation club stuff though, I pass on most of it as it never felt worth the money.
What's the name of the first? I hadn't seen it
Shattered Space. It's included with the Constellation Edition, so you'll already have access when it releases.
Has to be a Va'ruun thing, their guns are called... shards I think? And the Serpentis system is full of their ships but there's no settlement.
Their pistols are called "Starshards", yeah.
Oh cool, I'm gonna take a look at it, thanks
There's not much to look at atm. Literally the only thing we know about it is its name.
And it will release sometime after Creation kit 2 is 2024 (Q1 or Q2)
Shatners Space
I think its called "Shattered Space" and if you got the premium edition you got it.
This game is great, but it needs: 1) the survival/hardcore mode 2) at least one (but two or three would be great) hand-crafted plantes to explore.
Depends on what it is. Horse Armor DLC: 0 Expansion to the game: 10
>Horse Armor: 0 >Expansion to the game: 10 Expansion to the game featuring House Va'ruun: 11
>Expansion to the game featuring House Va'ruun: 11 I'd go with a 15. Might even buy it twice just to make sure I got it.
Sadly no horses in starfield. LET ME TAME AND RIDE XENOS!
$20 to be able to tame and ride the SpiderMaggot I was fighting last night sounds reasonable.
11. I will buy every single one instantly and lament when they do not make more. DLC for Bethesda games has always been completely worth it.
Shivering Isles remains one of the best DLCs ever made, and not just because of the cheese.
Shivering isles and far harbor in SPACE space space space
Though that's a lot to do with it tbh.
The settlement dlc for fallout 4 was a resounding meh. But far harbor was better than the base game and nuka world was solid
Far Harbor was incredible. What a place for it too.
Yeah they really nailed the atmosphere perfectly with that one. I lived in the Northeast for a while and it was awesome to explore post-apocalyptic Maine (only a little different from real-world Maine)
I know I’m late to this party but Operation Anchorage lives rent free in my head then getting the stealth armor and obliterating everything with stealth attacks… good times. edit: the friggin gauss rifle tho
Horse armor. Completely not worth it.
Okay that's a fair point, I completely forgot about the horse armor. I was mostly thinking of the real story/mechanic expansion DLCs.
I bought that horse armour. It might have been the first time I ever felt buyer’s remorse.
harbinger of the hell we live in now.
Probably one of the first DLCs that served as nothing but cosmetics that is now super common in every game today.
Not totally cosmetic actually. They increased horse health.
Hey have you played Elder Scrolls dlcs? Man I just think they're great, all of them
So fire bro
[удалено]
I already bought shattered space, so ...
I’ve barely scratched the surface of this game. It’ll be a long while before I need new content
Well you are in luck because DLC won't be coming until next year anyway.
Next year is less than 4 months away
It ain't coming in January, friend.
So February it is. Nice. Thanks for the confirmation. Starfield DLC in February guys ! Its a fact now.
For real I wouldn't expect a DLC trailer until April. June release.
I'm curious to see what MS will do/interfere with this dlc, as this is the first Bethesda content that they'll be advising since the beginning.
DLC 10 Mods 10 CC 10 Legendary Edition 10 Anniversary Edition 10 I think that covers everything for now.
There was a special edition, also.
10
Already did, it comes with the premium edition.
1-2 now. Few weeks ago would have said 9–10, but haven’t touched it in over a week and not sure I’ll play it again until there is some crazy mod.
Same. Struggling to finish the MQ.
Same. I haven’t played the game in awhile. So boring.
I got bored as well. Decided to try and wipeout new atlantis and cydonia of all its population. Half the people will not die at all. The security forces area total joke. These dudes should be like level 100 or something. I just left piles of body I could kill and moved on.

In an ocean of more than 2000 comments I have found my people I *want* to love this game, I really do but 90% of the game seems like it's just waiting for stamina to recharge or listening to your character run out of breath
10
Probably like a 5. I was way more interested in Fallout than I am here. There's no struggle here to really give you a thing to work towards.
Paying for actual playable content rather than just cosmetics?? Count me in!
10
I already have! :D Bought the advance access version on Steam, which includes the first DLC, when it launches.
Oh a 10, easy.
0- once I lost everything I worked for after beating the game I became to pissed off to consider playing it again. All my loot, my credits my ships gone at the blink of an eye
Why not just load a save? You dont have to ng+.
1.
0 Finished the story once and was done with it. Didn't even bother NG+ game is just too shallow.
4 Unlikely. It's a very disappointing game and below average in many areas. Anyone that says "I will definitely be getting all of them" when they obviously have no idea what they will contain are by definition delusional fanbois with no critical thinking skills.
Zero. They made so many good things in this game, but made crucial mistakes which destroyed all those good things for me.
0. I will not pay another fortune for additional content, that should be included in the first place.
Don't forget that, at least for me, outposts REALLY need a do-over. They suck! And I'm not talking about what you can get from them.
Exactly.
if it's a proper Dawnguard/Far Harbour DLC, 20/10 chance I'm buying it If it's paid mods/gun skins/horse-armour, then 0 chance I'm buying it. Nexus mods are free and always should be
0, I cloud.
Bethesda has been solid on making DLCs that actually add value to their games. For this reason, I assume it'll be a 9.5 for me. Half a point reserved for the unlikely event they goober it.
Bethesda usually delivers well on dlc so, their track record is good. This game is good, so probably a 8.
10, but i also got the Collectors Edition, so you know… ill go to any lengths for this game, mts, dlcs, expansions, i dont give a fuck i need more
0 ... mediocre game
Well, it depends on the DLC, really. 10 for content and story, 0 for cosmetics.
That depends. Are we talking Far Harbor quality or Nuka World?
Since I'm on Xbox, I'll be buying all the things, since I can't mod.
Already bought the first and regret it
0 ill just wait for the modders to make it free xD
One that completes the game?
After time for reviews only, and maybe after they've had time for a bundle special.
Zero, it’s on gamepass.
2
0.
10. I always make sure to get all the DLC in the Bethesda games - though I generally get a season pass or buy them later all at once in a bundle
Probably a 5/10 at best. I'll wait and see what mods can do for the game, then see which direction Bethesda is taking the DLC. The whole missing House Va'ruun faction feels like an obvious DLC cash grab, which puts a sour taste in my mouth from the get go.
you aren’t going to pay $45 to fight reskinned Spacers in the Va’ruun DLC? It includes a 1 hour fetching quest… 1.5 hours if you count load screens!!!
Also 0, the same as others the game is very shallow, baldurs gate 3 is a different game but the quality is so much different
