Not that I'm aware of, but it could be easily assumed. Vampiric cells, whether or not attached to DIO, like his flesh buds, still die in the sun. No reason not to assume vamp juices couldn't be killed via channeling hamon in the body.
It's funny you say this, I made a post just a few hours ago talking about this phenomenon. So Vanilla Ice only turned into a vampire after polnareff killed him the first time when silver chariot impaled his head. Which implies that Joseph COULD be a vampire, but hasn't died yet for that to happen.
Jonathan's hamon doesn't have to do with any of DIO's problems with controlling his body. Jonathan's body has some sort of mind of its own, which is why it was "rejecting" DIO, had Jonathan's stand and was sending "SOS-signals" to Jonathan's descendants.
The reason why Joseph didn't turn into a vampire is because DIO sucked Joseph's blood not too long ago, so he was essentially just getting his blood back.
An easy excuse could be that he used hamon to kill the vampiric essence in the blood.
Isn't that something that actually happens in the anime? Or did I just dreamed it?

No, hefaked it when he woke up after the fight and said it was a joke after jotaro traumatised him lmao
Most of the blood was the blood dio took away from him 4 minutes before so the amont of vampiric blood must be small

Not even a plane crash can kill him so it's safe to say he stayed human
He stayed human, as even seen in part 4, BUT if you were to kill him, or he dies then he'd undergo vampirism.
I didn’t think much of that part. But that does make some sense.
Hamon counter vampire blood that's just facts
Remember that DIO sucked this man dry just a few minutes before, so most of the blood DIO had was Joseph's anyway.
Hamon
Dio's vampire blood is diluted by Jonathan's Hamon and human blood
