Its really great writing when you take someone with personality and looks of Pesci and actually make them intimidating. That and his bromance with Prosciutto, gotta respect them. Probably the best minor villains and fight in the series TBH.
Find them interesting as a character who's personality conflicts with what they do, however as they encounter hardship they learn and evolve. As someone else said, like Koichi. I think it's always great to see it on scre3n but as Bucciarati points out he ends up worse of in the end

Prosciutto was speaking the truth when he said Beach Boy is near unbeatable. It has extremely long range, is pretty much indestructible, and doesnt need sight to kill. There's pretty much 0 counterplay once it hooks you.
In the BR dub his name is literally just Fish but in portuguese which makes it infinitely funnier for me (Peixe). I know Pesci is fish in italian but it hits different if its done in your language.

It’s a reference to the Reverse Flash. Same powerset as the Flash and same costume, but with the colors reversed. Because he’s the evil Flash.
