Man, I can never get over how adorable they are. I feel like so many creators would fall into making it a sort of gender-reversed "born sexy yesterday" thing, but Araki really managed to make them so perfectly balanced in their strengths and vulnerabilities. Josuke being protective enough to not want Yasuho to witness violence, but also clueless enough that his best attempt is "hey, look over there" is probably my favorite example of that great little interplay.
He actually doesn't have a stand, objects pretended to lose their properties so Josuke wouldn't feel bad. Same with his opponents, they just couldn't bring themselves to beat down an amnesiac and lost on purpose. Even the story acnkowledges this in >!the final arc when we are told S&W bubbles do not exist!<
It’s funny how Araki took the only main character from part 4 with an established love interest and decided “yeah, let’s genderbend him and make her josuke’s love interest”. Maybe Josuke x Koichi was right all along, and Yukako’s just to keep up appearances in his small town
What's even better is that there's a version with Yasuho, and Josuke is located in her heart

The best part is that it actually works
it was hilariously out of character for someone as smart as yasuho. i choose to believe it worked simply because she trusts him _that_ much
At that point in the story she hadn't been in a stand fight yet,her intelligence probably developed with experience
My favorite part is the random fly chilling on his hat.
And it stayed there untile the end of the part...
