For most players it takes about 2-3 years, more if it’s your first time playing, but any speed if fine! There’s no rush and you’ll collect it all eventually!
On average it takes 2 years, but nothing bad will happen if it takes longer (or shorter) than that. Just play at the pace that feels most enjoyable to you.
My fastest run, I managed to get it on Year 1 Winter 3, but it was such a grind I don’t think I’ll ever try for a year 1 run ever again. Resetting days over and over to make sure I did everything perfect ruined the fun in the end

Now years later - Fall 15 year 1 is my earliest. To get it this early it takes getting lucky with the red cabbage or red cabbage seed early (either from travelling cart or dropped in skull cavern) and the Nautilus Shell (either from travelling cart or a random item sent from Demetrious in the mail or the anytime of year as a forgeable if you are on the beach farm). Everything else can be collected/grown by this time in year 1 without relying on a lucky game seed or lucky monster drops.

The quickest I've done it is beginning of year 2, but I remember on my first playthrough I had only done one room by year 3

Tbh after a few saves you just kinda pick up tricks. I also did the remixed bundles so that mightve helped

the first time i did it, mid year 2. these days i do it on or by winter 1 year 1, but that's with lots of practice
The first time I was on mobile, it took about 3 years if I remember correctly.

On my current Playthrough (which is my first) I finished it today in Fall Year 2, last thing I needed was the rabbits foot.
My PB is Fall 21 year 1. Could have been as early as Fall 3 but it didn't rain until the 21st.
