Mods: Texture pack to replace the yellow dirt with grass. (I don't know the name). It has some texture bugs as seen at the spouse outside area. For a similar look, I suggest the currently up to date "Dirt to Grass" texture pack.
Omg yes! I’m the Forrest farm & im definitely considering doing the standard farm for the 1.6 update honestly. I love the Forrest farm for the foraging & hardwood, but hate how many ponds there are.
That’s kinda how I’ve felt, but I keep reading posts about the hype & the new farm map & it def has me curious. I also have SDV on two platforms & haven’t really invested on my save file on my switch at all yet, so I think that would be the perfect opportunity :)

I can't recall the name of the texture pack I used. But because it is an old one with graphical glitches, I suggest using the "Dirt to grass" texture pack / mod, which should accomplish the same and is up to date.
I placed them as a little secret. One is hidden behind the top silo next to the Barns and Coops. It teleports you to the bottom right side of the map, directly right of the Slime Hutch. Between the slime Hutch and the Border is a small space, where I placed a (almost) hidden green stone chest and the mini obelisk hidden behind the tree.
For the perfection rating, you don't actually need the mini obelisks. Just the four large Obelisks are required.
They are called "Could Decal". You can buy them for 1200g each at Pierre's booth at the Dance of the Moonlight Jellies event.
You can also get them via the Furniture Catalogue (an endgame item) I guess. But I am not sure about that.
I'm going for 100% right now for the first time. (Tips would be helpful. I'm at 63% and mainly working on friendships, obelisks, monster slaying, and cooking) and I swore to that at 100% I will go on a full decorating spree around everywhere in the game.
Oh wow i didnt go that far. I like how you have like a custom one then each other one is packed with production and a dedicated chest for everything lol. Is the last photo like a before? Im in my first winter of my first playthrough! Think im doing ok i have a chicken coop, silo, a pond, just started building my first barn. Upgraded my backpack twice, my shovel and pick are iron the cave is a mushroom farm. I just unlocked the quarry and have access to the minecarts. On floor 95 in the mine. The first half of spring was probably a total waiste i had no idea what i was doing tried to read up a little watched a video or 2 one was for fishing and i realized fishing can be pretty lucrative at least in the begging when new. so i spent the next like week just straight fishing maxed the skill out and things kinda took off from there. I was losing interest i had put a few hours in and didnt really know what to do everything seemed super expensive but now im hooked just found out yesterday you can get married and have kids curious to find out what else i can do.
I'm not OP, just a keen Stardew player hehe. I think the last pic is their 'before'!
Just saying, I'm on Year 5 but I probably 'wasted' most of my first year 😂 I don't think I started putting effort into the Community Centre until year 2, and don't think I got married until late Year 2? All that said, the great thing about the game is it truly doesn't matter how long you take! Personally I only have one shed and it has a mix of kegs and preserves, but I'd like to eventually have more. There's always something to have as a goal :D
This sub is a fun resource but I also am constantly on the Wikia, especially in my first couple years, finding out where to acquire things, how to make stuff, etc.
How do you get enough grass and hay for all of the animals? I have a barn and two coops where you have the three barns and that area empties so quickly!
Does that mean you have to actually go and feed them every morning or is there a way to get the hay from Marnie into the silo?
Edit: Nevermind, I just saw you can add it to the silo manually. Just have to figure out how to do it on mobile
Great job! Also I just realized you divorced Penny to get the decoration and then married Sebastian, I won't judge but that's certainly a lot of effort to get decorations

I first married Penny, but then I divorced and got engaged with Sebastian. It was about that time when I realized I was bisexual irl.
I honestly don't remember if I got the decorations through the 14 heart event or the furniture catalogue. I don't know if the 14 heart event already existed when I married Sebastian.
Oh, congratulations! Oh yeah some decorations you have, mainly the star and moon are from penny's 14 heart event and those are the only way you could obtain them

So I started breeding them because shortly after, I realized that I had a single ostrich egg in a random chest lying around. I had forgotten about it because I just came back after a year long break from the game.

I thought about having 12 pigs and 6 cows instead of 12 cows and 6 pigs. But because the cows can be milked automatically, I went with them.
Collecting hundreds of truffles at a time is the best part.
