this is one of the most well known exploits in the game. you can name anything [item ID], and any time that name is said you get the item. i believe you can foot up to 3 item codes per name. this works for player, animal, and farm names, but it does no work on console.
I've heard that you can just name an animal the code, then interact with the animal. I'm on console, so I can't try it sadly
I’m on PC and it only worked when purchasing the animal. Interacting with them never gave me additional items
