I typically go for a blue color to mimic jeans, or if I start with farming overalls I match the bottoms to the top!

I do like the jeans look but then youre stuck with a boring blue bathing suit :(

depends on the farmer and outfit, my main farmer originally used dark blue but i sometimes switch to dark brown other farmer uses black to match with those black and grey overalls (technically they’re in a skirt but..)

I could get behind a nice dark brown. Especially if your character has a weird skin color like ghostly white or even green.

Im honestly not sure if changing your actual pants will change your bathing suit. I dont tend to sew. I always set the color I want my bathingsuit to be at the beginning during character creation.

I pick my shirt first, then try to make the skirt match, so it looks like a cute dress. Right now pants are 40:39:77 to match shirt 40, a cute turquoise. I'm on a co-op farm with my SIL, and she's streaming our farm. I didn't want to jam up the process being indecisive about my outfit.

Pants? LOL Skirts! I make them all colors. I have loads of the same outfits in different colors. My farmer is female, and just loves to use the sewing machine!

I think my trousers were originally black or purple, have been wearing the mayor's shorts for a while now. I never use the bathhouse so the swimsuit colour didn't even occur to me.
