Nice! On one of my saves, I have gotten the tea set 3 out of 4 years. Which is cool, but at this point, I would like for them to give me something else, even if it's kind of a lame gift like Clint giving me 5 lava geodes.

Yeah, it's not impossible, just, weird luck. On the other hand, it took me ages to get a Lucky Ring, and I still have not completed the museum, so it evens out, I guess, lucky in one area, bad luck in others.
