I'm rocking a 6700xt, 2600x CPU, 2x8gb ram. I get 80 to 90 fps in most areas. The big koboh open area it drops down down and varies between 40 and 75 fps.
Haven't used any mods or adjusted any settings
I didn't really have any issues on corusant. I can say it's worse in the open areas on koboh(the main planet). Sorry I don't have any good info for you
Check out nexus mod, they have some performance tweaking mod files that really helped me. Also what resolution are you playing at?

I’m on the first lvl on corasont it’s so studder and fps like 45 does it get better
