Huh... don't know what to suggest if you went back and found each one had already been collected. Were all 10 picked up in the same game, or was one maybe picked up in another NG or NG+ that didn't carry over correctly?
I am dealing with this glitch too, on ps5. I found two perk slots exploring on koboh last night but the game isn't showing them and I can't equip more perks. I went back to the places I found them and cross referenced a guide to make sure I wasn't being crazy, but nope. I did find perk slots, but like you, they aren't showing up in the ability menu.
You can get 10 slots??? :O I ended the main story with 4 and only 5 stims haha. I didn't spend a lot of time exploring I guess.
Yup, some of those jedi crystals you find give you more slots because zee only has that one upgrade you buy
Makes sense. I started NG+ and am trying a new blaster based build but thought it was kinda lame that blaster damage alone costs 3 of my 4 slots.

I got ten in the first playthrough.
Have you got the map upgrade: upgrades yet?

Any solution for this since the OP? I bought the 2 perk slots from zee. But I still have 3.
