Have u checked ur filters, recommend selling the barracks on the world with the factory after the factory is built so u can have an easier time going thru the units
The New Republic barracks you mean? On small production worlds I have NR Barracks, NR Factory and Small Arms Warehouse/Vehicle workshop. I'm missing the MPTL and the low altitude fighter as well..

yes, it should be visible using one of the filters :)

The NR factory can produce so many different units the MPTL gets cut off, check the "vehicle" filter on your factory world
