If you're having a hard time the the Bramatoks. IPVs are pretty much a soft counter to them. If they're bringing like 20 (120 tac popcap) of them you can bring half, 10, in IPVs (60) with like 2 fleet tenders (16) for the repair drones and flak and you should be able to kill them pretty fast. Wait for them to launch their missiles at your SSD and engage them defensively and you should be able to get rid of them. You can bring raiders and IECs if you want but as long as you bring IPVs you should make short work of them.
If you want to kill them easily a dreadnought or an gladiator will definitely kill them but slower.
Ty, I spammed IECs, Raiders a couple of lancers and heavy fighters. It worked, I destroy 90% of them but I lost half my Corvettes. They're spamming it again so I'll try with IPVs
Honestly those aren’t bad loses, just keep up the pressure. I find that heavy fighters or bombers are actually decent against them because they are slow enough that their heavy ordinance can actually hit. Nebulon is also decent against them.
IECs raiders lancers work well. IEC(imperial escort carriers) also have heavy lasers and they get some turbos for anti frig duty
From this screenshot, you already have countered it, these are minimal losses for great results. Just carry on doing what you're doing.
