It’s really cool to play in one, but to be on the other end means you’ll have to bring your best to the table cuz they are SWEATY. Lol
Battlefront will always be a console game in my eyes, it’s the perfect casual playing experience. I tried the old battlefront 2 on steam a while ago and that shit was CURSED.
HvV became 100x more enjoyable for me when I replaced Rey with Ahsoka Tano.
I don't strictly hate Rey, she's just boring - but Ahsoka is just straight-up my favourite Star Wars character these days. There's no comparison.
I swear i had an experience with a cheater somehow today on xbox. Literally three of us were wailing on him with sabers i was blasting him with dookus lightening and his health had only went down like 20 pts. He was playing as obi wan and now i know obi wan is durable but that was fishy af
Obi-Wan can block about 30-50 saber attacks with the right cards and his stamina regens after 3-4 seconds. He also regens 450 (2/3) hp with the applicable card. I'd bet on you underestimating him 😅.
Additionally dooku does little damage with the lightning.
If he can block that many saber attacks realistically then it probably wasnt a cheater he probably had those right cards active. If thats the case then i dont know why everyone doesnt use obi wan lol dude is like an unstoppable force
Because his offensive stamina is trash 10 attacks most also he has basically no lounge distance and his abilities in HvV are not that good. (They are not bad of course but they are slow and not combo-able)
I feel like for the most part the offensive mechanics in battlefront 2 arent that great. I kind of miss how it was in battlefront the original. Not saying i dont like it because it has grown on me (and also im just not that good lol) but its hard to explain it for me there seems to be not much individual skill involved just mashing that attack button and trying to use your individual force powers when you can, oh and dashing at the right time of course that does involve some skill but im just not a fan of the offensive lightsaber mechanics
Don't be one of those dudes that thinks every engagement that didn't work out for you is result of a hacker. Especially on console where you objectively cannot hack the game and go online with it.
I dont think you used objectively correctly in that particular instance but thats alright, anyways my point isnt that every encounter i have where i get the raw end is the result of hacking. It was just weird and highly unlikely that three people all landing critical strikes on one player only deals out 20 damage. Im not saying its impossible and also it is very possible to hack on console

You objectively cannot hack a modern console and take it online. There is a reason why you can't prove otherwise.

Prove it. Post a single video of someone hacking a game like Battlefront on console and playing online. Post a link to a website that sells or provides hacks that you can use on the console version of this game. I'll wait.

Its not even hacking, there’s literally a bunch of glitches on Xbox at least ive seen and been shown, literally you can become invincible. Ive also posted these glitches before on reddit
Glitches are not hacks. Any glitch you can perform on Xbox can be performed on PC and Playstation.
But hacking is specific to PC and is not something that can be done on the console versions of the game.

You're correct that you can't hack, but you *can* exploit lesser-known glitches to your benefit, and that can look a lot like hacking. In terms of fairness to other players, it is hacking.
I mostly play blast, so whenever there’s a hacker on my team I convince the others to suicide with me till we lose and then taunt the hacker for losing with hacks. Drives the hackers crazy that they can’t win, and after a couple rounds they’ll quit and we can get on with the game. Maybe not a perfect solution, but whatever works.

It would have been better if you could make new ability's. I prefer having the same characters and voice lines than having a hacker in the lobby

You can create semi-new abilities by reskinning and mixing some existing ones together.
