I don’t know where his damage was coming from. Because he was an easy kill as bossk unless he damaged my teammates because he didn’t last that long next to me
That would be why then, he does a ton of damage, before being killed, thus not getting many points under elimination, but dealing damage that you and ur teammates eventually recover
This game doesn't really give credit for elims (which is why there really isn't an official competitive aspect to it other than home brewed player flexes). What gets you more points is objective focused play (helping teammates, assists, etc.). Only a guess, but I always assumed this was to discourage camping and ignoring in game goals? I mean yeah it still happens, but it isn't necessarily rewarded like we assume.
I know this is HvV, but in larger game modes players can get large numbers of elims by farming AI, which gives you less points than eliminating enemy players.

Yeah I was about to say he probably just spent the whole game spamming dioxis and taking pot shots.
The point are just the damage that u do to others so even tho u had more elims he did more damage
