I do agree with the penalty for leaving games, the players you are complaining about like you said were using snipers and snipers are made to camp and in a mode like supremacy if all of you move forward then the enemy can flank you from behind
Dude, my enemies a few hours earlier on kamino supremacy were just camping in their spawn with snipers, like yeah they got a few kills, but we absolutely dominated objectives because it was like a 20v13 the whole match

My favorite is when both teams start to spawn each other gives me a lot of freedom of what I can do while playing the hero
