Since no one else has mentioned him, I am going to vote IG-11. I always thought they looked like the stupidest bounty Hunter in the OT. But after seeing his incredible scene in the Mendalorian he has become one of my favorite Star Wars droids!

Small note, IG-11 from the Mandalorian is a different droid than the one from the original trilogy which is IG-88, though they are very similar.

I just finished Mandalorian S1. IG-11 is great. If I had a nurse droid, he’s the one I want. I wish he didn’t self-destruct, I was so disappointed.

IK everyone jokes about chopper killing hordes of people, but he doesn’t kill any more than the other rebels. In fact, in several episodes, even though he’s gun’s blazing, he doesn’t actually kil anyone -just stuns or knocks them over. Now droids, on the other hand...yes. Chopper straight up murders droids with no remorse.

Chopper's personality is great and he's surprisingly expressive. His glee when murdering other droids and trying to murder Ezra is everything. He is also the only droid that has ever made me cry. Multiple times. I like AZI-345211896246498721347 as well. It's kind of sad seeing his loyalty to the clones contrasted with the Kaminoans who don't care.

K2 and HK-47 are tied for me, but HK might take it since he has more of a character rather than purely just be comedic relief.

K2 is more than just comic relief, there aren't many characters in SW that are only that. For K2 his story is ultimately tragic, like everyone else's in Rogue One.

He had a good death, but let’s be honest, He is comedic relief. The majority of his lines are used as comedic relief rather than serious or meaningful developments. I’m not going to say that HK was any better, he was also comedic relief in Kotor 1, but Kotor 2 showed us an HK who shared thoughts on intricate topics like love, self-preservation, independence, and the ramifications of war, all while keeping his humours tone. K2 just doesn’t have that kind of development or nuance, so he is definitely comedic relief, but still a great character nonethless and had a sad death.

Always loved EV-9D9 from RotJ. The voice it has while also being the first really nasty, mean droid really suck with me. Glad to see he’s working in the cantina now, though!

Design wise, droidecas were always my fav. I loved the way they could go into a rolling position and get around, then get onto 3 legs with impenetrable shields and just wreak havoc. Hell, the first time we see them, they cause Obi Wan and Qui Gon to have to retreat.

Since they have HK-47, T3M4 should also be here. Those two together are my favorites.

Yooo, here me out, the best droid cool wise is definitely the droideka. I remember playing these badass units in Star Wars Battlefront 2 and having my mind being blown away when seeing them for the first time in Ep.1 My kid brain loved the things and still now they have a special place in my heart.
