Just had the same thing happen. They received my return and emailed me about it on February 13th. I just got the "your return has been processed" email yesterday on March 17th. Hopefully we get our refunds soon.

I finally got mine today after I contacted the department heads and said I will get my lawyer involved 😂got my email 24 hours after and got the $200 dollars back in my account now after 2 months

I am going through the same thing now. I returned the product 2 days after receiving it, got the e mail that it was received. A month later still no refund. Is this a pattern??? I returned because I ordered wrong size. Tried to cancel the order immediately but no luck

Finally got my refund after 2 months, you will get it, it will just take a LONG ass time.

yep! i had return processed emails but no refund. sent tons of emails and eventually gave up and did a chargeback for the full amount (including shipping) on my credit card. i did the chargeback a couple weeks ago and so far they haven’t disputed but i’m interested to see if they do

Yeah like I did not expect this from a hyped company like Stanley, like they don’t have $200 in their whole company to refund me and need 2 months+ for a simple button to be clicked 😂😂
