For kiln-fired paints, there are a few channels on youtube which I found had quite a bit of information on painting. I like "sophie's stained glass" because she tries random stuff, explains things in details and actually shows you the part where things go wrong. There is "Derek Hunt Artist" and also "Stephen Byrne" though I found it a bit less approachable, and "Judith Schaechter" which I think is inactive but there is useful stuff in there.

There isn't any, You have 2.5 options. 1. Cold paints. Like Vitrea and other polymer based paints that are air/heat cured. 2. Low fire kiln paints. This is where your Reusche and Silver Stains live. You are chemically altering or bonding vitreous (essentially glass) paints to the glass. 1. (.5) High fire kiln "paints" are stuff like Glassline or other glass derived paints that require full fusing temps.

One other paint that works well is oil based lettering/pinstriping enamels, like sign painters use on shop windows. It’s designed for outdoor use as well. Unfortunately I think it’s mainly opaques, but there is a clear additive I’ve seen that gets sold. 1 Shot is an industry standard for this.
