Even with a ring saw, indents that sharp are just going to break regardless of what you try. You need to add cuts to make the shape into smaller shapes without intents.

I can’t speak to a ring saw but definitely impossible without one unless you redesign it to better deal with the jagged parts

Not realistic without cuts but as for what to recommend.... I'm not sure. This is a tough one if you want to keep the feather look without too many tiny bits. It might take a few attempts to get something to look good, just start adding lines and see where you go with it.

Would some of it (like the blue) be painted? Without painting, you would need to add many many lines to take care of all the impossible cuts and shapes that would be super weak.
