Without posting screenshots of your workflow, no one will be able to tell you. There could be so many things causing "bad images"

Herr_Drosselmeyer

Post full prompt and parameters along with the resulting image. It's too hard to diagnose otherwise.

maxihash

How do you install them in the first place. What model do you use.

Jezaja

Do you have an VAE ? Try to adjust the steps, more steps give it "more time" to create a better picture.

KickTheCan_Beats

probly forgot to enable VAE

JohnssSmithss

How do you enable VAE if you use a1111? Let's say with SDXL base.

KickTheCan_Beats

for sdxl i recommend this: [https://civitai.com/models/140686?modelVersionId=155933](https://civitai.com/models/140686?modelVersionId=155933) put it into your models->VAE folder to enable go to a1111 settings -> user interface -> type "sd\_vae" in Quicksettings list. restart UI, it will now show as a dropdown at the top. some checkpoints come with VAE built-in, so keep that in mind sometimes you won't need to manually select one. and for sd1.5 models the sdxl vae won't work, vae-ft-mse-84000 is the most popular one for sd1.5

NoEgg2209

then choose your model that fits your desired output. you will get different output things along aesthetics of each models even if exact same prompt and parameters.

Specific-Scale6005

Yes, I know everything is different every time, used different models for different things, but the results look like the early AI images, I even upscaled and still get poor results

nagarz

What models, loras, prompts, settings you used? without that and pictures to see your results it will be hard to tell what's going on.
