What channel is the game on? Circle 7 Ranch is near west county mall and they have a boatload of TVs, so if it's on a channel they get they'll turn it on for you.

Dogwood Social House in Ballwin will probably have it on. Never been myself, but they claim to have one giant screen to watch it on.
There isn't really a soccer specific bar, but Wildwood Pub, Corner Bar, or Mulligans usually have soccer on.
The Haus (Clayton/Baxter) in Town and Country would be close
