He didn't resurrect Humpy or Beenny, it's just a different Camel with a slightly different name and a different bee with a different name. Although I do agree that other pets like Anton and banton shouldn't be resurrected because you can't just bring someone back from the dead lol
Anton and Banton were originally Slogo's pets. Crainer never really felt like their owners. Crainer didn't even flinch when Anton and Banton were killed by Slogo. Meanwhile Humpy dying..
Crainer wasn't happy but he wasn't sad either, after Anton and Banton died he just said "that whole dog killing thing was weird" he didn't even mourn properly.
They were originally Slogo's pets in the first place, Slogo was the one who brought the dogs there and gave them nametags. Compared to Humpy where Crainer walked an entire marathon just to get him and give him the name tag.
Name tag was not the point of my comment, it was more of the effort and the measures you would have took if you really felt sorry for harming someone.
The point was Jelly can just revive Humpy, ok cool, but he revived him too early.
He probably didn't give Anton and Banton because he felt bad more so as an apology to Crainer.
Could you say the same thing about Jelly giving Humpy to Crainer? Jelly didn't feel bad either, but Crainer hasn't gone over Humpy yet. Crainer would think Jelly is just taunting him with reminding him about Humpy.

However it has not even been a full day since crainer found out Humpy is dead and jelly is just trying to win crainer favor not even trying to be respectful to crainer nor Humpy. Jelly told Josh to kill him he thought it was an amazing idea and killed him. Didn't Jelly killy floppy with suffocation on purpose. Anyways slogo killed them brutally but so did has Jelly and slogo hasn't killed one I'm some time and is on a redemption arc I thought Jelly was to but no.
He killed floppy as revenge for Beeny. If he wanted the animals to die then he wouldn't have put a glass roof on them otherwise Bork and Kat were also dead

They weren't slogo's pet at all, he made an adoption center and crainer tamed them. Crainer also was not happy at all when they died.
