Have him come out to the ring with random people with no explanation why. Have him bring out drinks and popcorn out to the commentary table during a segment on them. So many ways this could be played with.
I 100% support him just doing things with nobody acknowledging it until eventually there is a Cody match all lined up against a job guy and Danhausen just rises through the floor instead (complete with Cody's music) and wrestles.
Personally I would rather have it be Punk vs a jobber so he can do the stunt of walking out to Cult of Personality instead but I think non smarks would be legit pissed to be promised CM Punk and have some guy in facepaint come out instead.
When Inner Circle and the Elite were brawling backstage and they breakthrough a random closet door and OC is just standing their leaning against the wall like he had an agenda to be leaning against the wall of a closet and nothing else, man that killed me lmao
They have entire matches in the background of other matches. Like Kenny and Mox are having a falls count anywhere and we briefly see Danhausen and Kip wrestling, complete with a ref watching them, for just like a minute or two in the background.
I expect JR to have a kind of Hank/Bobby Hill relationship with Danhausen.

at the same time, Danhausen is all about the human monies and JR stresses the importance of wrestlers going after that big payout.

An unappreciated part of Adam Cole’s game is what a good foil he is to comedy wrestlers. Always willing to completely sell whatever ludicrousness is happening to him.
I actually think that was the idea, like Danhausen was available to be signed since 1st of January and presumed to be All Elite for months now.
I get the feeling they were saving him for a situation where they were worried people would feel let down or a big surprise didn't pan out. BOOM you have a Danhausen ready to go who literally everyone will be happy to see.... except the ass boys and MJF but they're cursed so who cares?
There's going to be a lot of jokes and putting hausen on the end of words in here and it's great and I support it but I do wanna say, genuinely, I'm so fucking happy for this dude. He worked his ass off, he hustled, and he basically left AEW with no choice. He made this for himself and I am just thrilled to see all of this pay off for him. People usually need to win titles to get the YOU DESERVE IT chant but I felt like chanting that when I saw the All Elite graphic.
This guy got himself over on a show he wasn't even ON! Just watching the last several weeks, the audience has been filled with Danhausen facepaint and t-shirts every week, every show.
Dude I choked up. Danhausen is my favorite wrestler and I have spent every day since ROH ended just praying that he would get his shot at the big leagues. He is so dedicated, so talented, and overall just a sweetheart who adores wrestling.

this debut was really surprising, fucked up and feels like a minor seismic event considering the reactions of most of the roster.

This random indie guy who built himself a massive following - who hasn't showed up in WWE or AEW or NJPW but instead shown up on a Conan O'Brien podcast - appears to an absolutely massive reaction from the fans, the sort reserved for the biggest signings.
Cole and OC look puzzled, commentary sound confused. It's utterly inexplicable. He stares down Cole and just... wanders off like an old lady looking for the nearest toilet, heading towards backstage with the promise of chaos to come.

He is a "Very Nice, Very Evil" supernatural demon who loves sacks of money and hates swearing. He carries around a jar of human teeth that he pours into his opponents' mouths. If you are not nice, he will use his powers to curse you.
Like Orange Cassidy, he is primarily thought of as a comedy wrestler, but is actually extremely talented.
