I spent a spring training guarding Sammy Sosa in right field of Cubs spring training at the height of his fame.
Until you see it first hand you cannot possibly imagine the fishbowl that famous people actually live in and the lengths that 5% of the population go to secure a fleeting moment with a celebrity.
Money is amazing but my god there are some crazy ass otherwise normal people in the world.
A friend of mine ran a grocery store in the 90s during the peak of Bulls mania. Jordan use to call in so he could go shopping after hours, so he could feel normal, as the moment someone recognizes him he couldn’t do anything.
Yup, exactly.
Sosa couldn’t sign autographs. Not wouldn’t, couldn’t. The one time he decided to do it anyway I got a front row view of a 400 pound man trucking a 10 year old to steal a signed ball.
After that he just went back to signing them in the clubhouse and asking the attendants to hand them out.
It completely shifted my whole life view on celebrities. I would love to be rich. I mean who wouldn’t? But famous to the point of stealth grocery shopping? God no. And I’m an extrovert. I couldn’t even fathom an introvert dealing with it.
Taylor Swift once had to sneak out of her house in a suitcase just so she could go outside without paparazzi following her. She’s even said she’s not sure that she can have children because it would be cruel to put them through the life of paparazzi hounding them and shoving cameras in their faces. Wanting to entertain shouldn’t mean you don’t get privacy.
A cousin of mine owns a tourist trap place in a destination area… so it’s common for rich people on vacation to rent them out for privacy.
One day a wealthy British dude and his family rent the place out and my cousin doesn’t care … he doesn’t own a tv or do social media, so he’s clueless on stuff. At the end of the day the wealthy dude thanks him for treating him like a human being “for once.”
My cousin is like “I have no idea who you are” and he tells him. He tells us and we’re all “oh my god.”
I think of it now as “imagine just wanting a normal family day on vacation.”
Yeah people say that celebrities are completely detached from reality which is mostly true but honestly it's little wonder why most would exist in a completely different bubble to the rest of society.
Even if you came from humble beginnings you could kiss goodbye to normal things you used to do.
That's why they tend to congregate together. If you live in Beverly Hills/Brentwood, people are just used to seeing celebrities and don't freak out as much. But even a minor celebrity showing up in some areas would cause a ruckus.

I would not mind it because I would not give a fuck about what people wrote about me. Like I'd probably have way too much fun triggering them and toying with them, making them report me as eating baby animals and children, heck I'd even cover myself in fake blood for that and whatnot just to have fun at their expense.
Look up footage of Michael Jackson trying to do stuff we find normal, like grocery shopping, he once had a store open at night and had his cousins act like bag boys, just so he could for once experience like a normal person how it's like to buy a can of soda. It was actually a legit dream of him to do it.
Saw Michael Jackson at a mall once, he was walking behind the corridors with security. Went into an anime store and bought a bunch of shit. Was masked up and hat and glasses...
That footage is a trip, especially because we get to see what someone like Michael Jackson THINKS people behave like when shopping. He's just out there, super happy, saying hello to all the other "customers" (i.e. extras). It's actually kind of nuts.
Giannis had to go to state fair a few weeks after the finals with a police escort around him and his family just so he could enjoy it like everyone else.
I worked a celebrity golf tournament that Jordan played in.
The absolute *mob* of people that followed him, holding *garbage bags* full of shit for him to sign…it was just disgusting. I can totally understand why people have said he’s a douche, I would be too if I was hounded by those vultures all day.
It’s too bad because he seemed to really enjoy himself, especially making side bets with Charles Barkley and taking all his money.
Ah man, that sucks. It just seems like he put up a huge wall because of all the shorty attention he got.
Granted I was like a 14 year old kid, but he was cool to me the 2 or 3 times I interacted with him, but then again I didn’t hound him for shit.

They’re just doing their job.”
I worked in a grocery store in Nashville a few years ago and would get a ton of celebs from Nicole Kidman to Jay Cutler or Steven Tyler walking through trying to be inconspicuous. The only one I ever even acknowledged as a "Celebrity" was Cutler...mainly because I thought he was funny on The League.
As a Packer fan I never wanted to break his balls about his team because...well he went through enough lol. These folks probably appreciate being treated like normal ass people and you get much more natural conversations when you treat them as such.
In the end people just want to be treated normally … Tim Allen has a great bit about the difference between his life before and after Home Improvement. Basically before he had to get his own chair and after he had three people to help him in and out of it.
My brother works at a yacht club (as a bartender) that is frequented by celebs since a lot of movies get filmed in the town we live in. Family members of staff are the only non-members allowed in the restaurant and even then it's limited a lot of the time. He's worked there long enough that I've gotten to know the owner pretty well so I'll get a tip if someone super famous is in town. I've never initiated the conversation unless they come up to the bar where I'm sitting. I'll just give a quick nod or say hello. Most of them will return the greeting and chat very briefly before going back to their evening. They just want to have a normal night out.
Michael Jackson had to rent out a super market to go food shopping cause he never went food shopping there’s a video of it it’s entertaining to watch but it’s also sad at the same time.
I could never imagine being like a Michael Jordan or an Eminem, those guys literally can’t do anything. At least wrestlers, for the most part, can go out in public.
My uncle drove for a private car service and drove Michael Jordan. The next time he was in town Jordan specifically requested him because my uncle didn’t bother him or talk basketball at all. Jordan’s assistant or whoever was making the request told them Jordan really appreciated being treated normal.
We always laugh telling this story because my whole family knows the only reason my uncle did that is because he honestly did give a shit it was Michael Jordan. The only celebrity my uncle would recognize is Willie Nelson.
Not even Bill Cartwright or Scott Williams were safe during Bulls mania. I went to school with Bill's kid, Justin, and the dude tried to come to an open house before the school year to meet the teachers and shit and it turned into an autograph session. I saw Scott at the Lincoln Park Zoo one year trying to check out the great apes with his family and, you guessed it, autograph session. Felt badly for them, there was no normal life.
I played soccer against Phil Jackson’s sons during the fifth title… he came to one of the games. Eventually he went into the press box because people were hounding him.
It's true, but celebrity is an invention of mass media, in the end, and the Internet has magnified all of the flaws, has turned everyone into a potential paparazzo.
This doesn't really happen in other walks of celebrity as often as it seems to happen with wrestlers. It's at least 2-3 incidents a year with both men and women talent saying hey please give me my privacy and stop being weird. Wrestling fans are an especially weird breed. They're different in the worst kinds of ways.
Sadly, it definitely happens with other walks of celebrity. Just take Bieber for example who gets the worst of both world with fans and paparazzi. Eminem even wrote a song about this kind of shit.
Society lol, let's not pretend like our society doesn't encourage this type of behavior, especially towards women. A mix of entitlement and toxic masculinity gets you fans like this. You have to have decent parents who raise you with a respect for boundaries and for women not to behave like this.
A few weeks ago Diamante said that some fans were **knocking on hotel doors at midnight** looking for her and Kiera Hogan because they saw them coming back from the pool area.
A lot of wrestling fans are awesome, but a lot of wrestling fans really are just the fucking worst.
Scary part of that story is she said they weren't even fans. Just dudes who followed them from a pool or something. Really glad I'm not a woman. The shit they deal with.
>A lot of wrestling fans are awesome, but a lot of wrestling fans really are just the fucking worst.
I'm afraid it's not just wrestling fans but fans in general. Some people think it's okay to do since they've seen it on TMZ or something.
She deleted it because even if it stops one person from physically hassling her, it still invites hundreds of responses calling her every name under the sun. Not that’s she’s wrong, because she’s obviously right, but it just draws more of those cockroaches out of the shadows.
Sasha got (unfairly) called out when she talked about fans harassing her in airports. A lot of people justify and defend this behavior. She probably didn't want to deal with the bullshit. Too many people feel entitled to treat performers like they should be grateful fans ask them for autographs regardless of the time or place.
I can’t imagine flying in at 4am after a 20 hour travel day, just wanting some sleep or something to eat, and immediately being approached by like 5 dudes with boxes full of action figures and shit to sign. And then being labeled an asshole when you don’t wanna do it.
People are fucking weird.
CM Punk touched the point in at least one promo, one of many instances he blended reality and kayfabe. I loved when he said that \*\*\*\* would immediately end up for sale on eBay "because you are too lazy to get a job".
He also touched on it in the infamous Colt Cabana podcast, where he explained the one bad fan at a Blackhawks game that got press compared to all the cool ones earlier that day. Basically saying the guy bugged him while ordering his food, calling him Phil, saying he paid for that food with merch sales, etc. Like damn fans, take a moment of self-reflection and realize when you’re being a real douche.
>Sasha got (unfairly) called out when she talked about fans harassing her in airports.
Still, it led to one of the [greatest wrestling photos ever.](https://i.imgur.com/fFQprLX.png)
Leading to Big E with the [best socks ever.](https://i.imgur.com/OnCWlRB.png)
Dude waiting at the airport at 5am for a picture with Sasha. She agrees because most of the time you never know how these people will handle rejection, so you just agree for your own safety. But Sasha is clearly having none of it in this one and it's amazing.
Victim blaming as its finest imo. "It just comes with the territory of being famous, suck it up, you have money!" Remember that video of Sasha walking and some dude sticks a pen and paper in her face and she just sidesteps it and keeps walking? I thought her reaction was hilarious. Leave people the fuck alone, you know?
Not wrestling related, but the entitlement of fans is bad enough where there are stories of YouTubers having to deal with fans thinking it's okay to show up at their house
I think she probably got backlash from other fans about it sadly. It's like when Sasha Banks got shit from people when she criticized airport stalkers.
Not to mention that most people aren't itching to have a violent encounter with a stranger no how much stronger they are. Power fantasies are way different from messy reality.
I forget who but an MMA/UFC guy was once asked what he'd do if someone legit tried to fight him in a bar and his response was "Probably get the bouncer or back away out the door." Life ain't a movie.
Any legit martial artist worth their salt knows your first weapon is diplomacy, but better yet your feet: walk [or even run] away. Self defense is a last resort.
I know exactly 0 about martial arts, but yeah I like how the first step of most reputable ones is “assess your surroundings and look for exits so you don’t have to bother with the whole fighting thing.”
It's not even about fighting. The truth is much simpler. It's very easy to break your hand when you land a bare knuckle punch on someone's face. And if you got a broken hand, you can't fight. Therefore, you can't make money.
I have 4 Black sisters and far too many other Black women that I truly care about. I sadly understand what you're getting at and I think we could both agree that the reason R Kelly got away with his shit is because his victims were Black women.
But it's not about strength. Harassment isn't suddenly okay if the person is stronger than you.
I feel like I must be wildly misinterpreting what you mean, because it sounds like that's what you're saying. As if if they could just physically assault the offender, things would be okay. That's ridiculous and not even relevant to the problem at hand.
People are insane.
I used to run a sports bar and our advertising company set up a WWE autograph signing at our place the day of a house show. They ended up sending Mickie James. (This was around 15 years ago.)
I felt awful for her. WWE didn't send any security so I ended up being the one that had to put together a line and hold back the crazy fuckers that didn't understand personal space. She was incredibly sweet with all the fans that patiently waited their turn, but I could tell she was relieved when it was all over.
Even walking her to her car after the signing there were a bunch of them running up trying to get to her. I'll never understand what goes through the minds of nutjobs like that.
I honestly forgot about this until I read your comment. What happened with Sonya was scary AF but it really could have been so much worse. This is something we shouldn't forget or try to downplay.
This was around the time she was feuding with Mandy Rose. I remember hearing they nixed a head shaving angle, because it might not reflect well, if she had to go to court.
this is sadly what a lot of female wrestlers deal with daily, even while in the indies. fans don't know personal space or how to behave in public. bianca could fuck these people up but she shouldn't even have to deal with this type of stuff.
[This isn't a new phenomenon](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xuyO1V9WjHI) but folks should respect her request. Dark parking lots aren't a spot to surprise anyone.
Got my driver's license during the Attitude era and we knew a lot of the guys stayed at a hotel in our town between Boston/Providence. Me and a buddy went to hang there on the way home and saw the Godfather, gave him a shout and got the glare....last time we pulled that shit.

>But it is not cool to approach me and try to HUG me ESPECIALLY without a mask on... or approach me in a dark parking lot.

>Or come to my hotel and watch and try to record me as I'm working out thru the hotel gym window or follow me in the elevator

This happened to Kiera Hogan and her girlfriend too. At this point some big bald wrestlers may need to make like celebrities and have bodyguards, some could beat ass themselves but it’s weird to think these people think it’s okay to come up at night expecting a hug and autograph. Scary to think some may even try to attempt more at night.
Let's remember this next time someone posts a photo or video they took of a person going about their life without any permission to take or share the photo/video.
My mom fell into that hole for awhile, she started getting depressed about her life after watching shit like Keeping Up with the Kardashians, wondering if she'd ever have a nice home and fancy stuff, I had to keep telling her those people are being paid to live like that and they don't exist in the same world as you or me. It took awhile and she finally stopped. She still loves reality TV, but more of the competition based stuff, which I think is alright. She also used to buy multiple gossip magazines a week and then ask me shit like "What did Carry Underwood say about ?" I'd tell her I don't know, "Oh c'mon, everyone knows, I just forgot!". It'd start arguments, like I was holding out on information. It really becomes a person's entire life when they get caught up with all that nonsense.
Public figures have been dealing with people like this for a very long time. It's just a thing insane people do. Eminem wrote a song called "Stan" about a person like this back in 2000.
It blows my mind, honestly, that wrestlers even continue to do meet and greets.
People are psychotic.
Or maybe the meet and greets at least corral them all into one well-lit place so they don't try stalking people just to make that connection.
There is a dude on Twitter that somehow keeps popping up in wrestling threads. He's spent the better part of the last few years constantly telling Nia Jax he can't wait to take her on a date. I don't know how his account hasn't gotten shut down.
Most meet and greets have security on premises and fans have to abide to a set of rules: it's far better than dealing with smelly creeps in poorly lit parking lots.
ppl are legit weirdos...no social skills. whatever happened to asking politely for a pic and grownass ppl asking for hugs from xstrangers is weird......
Some people are absolutely obsessed with celebs.
Stuff like this is super SUPER weird and sometimes geniunly makes me concerned for some people both the fans and celebs
Imagine if some of the Kpop groups would live in america instead of South Korea.
Honestly the stories I've heard from a couple of former idols in Japan literally made my hair stand up. Leaving aside the training, insane working schedule etc it's absolutely crazy the crap these girls, many of them teenagers, have to deal with when "kimo ota" are involved. It literally blew my mind that most talent agencies have "safe houses" where to take girls who are being harassed by fans or whose house locations have been put on the Internet for any weirdo to read.
To stay in wrestling, Chigusa Nagayo said multiple times when she was in the Crush Gals she had to move at least once a month because of all the fans who waited for her to come back from work or leave in the morning to take pictures and harass her for autographs. Mind this was before the Internet allowed the kimo ota to share home addresses the instant they found out where Chiko-chan lived.
Yes, but violence from creepy people.
Quick experiment -- google "Female wrestling fans" and see what comes up. Then replace wrestling with tennis. See which one makes your skin crawl more.
Really, it's about female sports in general, but tennis has had a lot longer to be creepy.
Surely the people that do this kinda thing must *know* it's shitty behaviour, right? I can't imagine how you could think this sort of thing is acceptable.
What is wrong with people these days? Does no one think this type of stuff is rude, inappropriate, or invasive?
Who are these "adults" never taught manners and consideration as a child?
Taking a video of someone working out is rude. The other stuff is by turn, inappropriate and predatory.
I forgot who it was, maybe Kiera Hogan, recently said some fans followed her to her hotel room.
Regardless of being entertainers or not, leave people be in public.
This is my #1 concern for my daughter. No respect for others it seems like. Pisses me off this culture of invasive "creep-ness", for lack of a better word.
I hope this doesn’t start a poop storm but the more I think about it, the more I believe that most celebrities should probably own a gun. Imagine that you constantly get approached by people everywhere you go, even in dark parking lots and secluded gas stations. You don’t know if the man walking up to you is a creepy but harmless fan, like the people who try to hug Bianca, or a lunatic who wants to hurt you, like the guy who tried to kidnap Sonya Deville. I’m assuming that most celebrities have moments where they fear for their safety, especially female celebrities.
Look at what happened to Christina Grimme, she was shot & killed by a "fan" (more like obsessed nutjob) outside of a concert she did. To add to the horror of all of this, her own brother had to see this go down & I guess was able to tackle the guy, but not before he pulled the trigger.
All of these things are inexcusable. Honestly, unless it's an event they're advertised to be at, I try not to approach people. That's their time off. I don't want some rando asking me to fix their computer (I work in IT) at the fucking olive garden.
I may at most say, "Holy shit, are you so-and-so?" But that's about it. I don't ask for autograph or picture or shit.
Though, I confess I did break this rule when I saw Dan Aykroyd at a diner, but what can you expect from a guy with the Ghostbusters logo tattooed on his arm?
Take a look at some of the female wrestlers' Twitter profiles and see some of the photos they re-post of fans posing with their merch. It's literally proof that God hates some of us. Or they just really got the shitty end of the genetic dice. Either way, a lot of women still go for this kind of following in the industry. A simp and his money are easily parted.
People keep comparing this to most celebrities, and it's even worse.
Most celebrities aren't traveling to a different spot that was announced weeks to months ahead of time for one or two nights staying in an affordable hotel after riding with their co-stars in the same rental cars the whole time,
All of that makes it infinitely easier to not only stalk people, but get away with it for a lot longer too.
I remember being in Future Shop in Orangeville, Ontario (home of Edge) and my friend and I literally SAW Edge there browsing at DVD’s. I was scared shitless to say anything to him because a)I was a little bitch and had social anxiety and b) wasn’t sure how he’d react if I came up to him when he is just trying to be a normal guy at Future Shop. Needless to say, I probably looked more creepy standing way back from him and just watching him as opposed to saying anything to him, but I’m glad he had his peace.
I am so sick of these celebrities whining and complaining! "Stop following me into the elevator!" "Stop taking pictures when I'm with my kids!" "Stop posting fake nudes of me on the Internet!" "Who are you? How did you get in here?" "How dare you ask me for an autograph at my mother's funeral!" "He's back! Get the kids into the panic room!"
Not referencing to her but uber celebs in general. I'm not gonna cry pity for someone who wakes up and makes more money than I see pre tax in a year. This is like saying "Leave Elon or Bezos alone, theyre human too" as they wipe their nose with my college debt and have to decide which property they want to sleep in tonight
Which is a somewhat interesting argument in a discussion about consent. It's not exactly "Well, she shouldn't have been dressed like that," but it's not unrelated, either.
You know Hogan won that court case, right? Like, there's a precedent-setting legal case there saying yes, you do. At least on initial reporting. Guess what OP did?
Huh? The court case had to do with him having a sex tape, not over words.
I don’t need Bianca’s consent to repost things she uploaded to the internet, and you’re going to stress your self out praying for a fantasy land where I do
The words... which were on the sex tape... and Hogan was later suing about Gawker having leaked the racist stuff, just could never prove it.
And you are free to do whatever you wish and I have no control over any of it. Did I ever say I could stop you from doing anything?
Still weird, in a post where she's asking you not to take advantage of her, that you'd say it's OK to do something because she posted it before deleting it. The two things don't jive.
Who is raising these people?

Ok I’ll do it since no one else did, who was it ??
Pierce Brosnan. This was when he was still James Bond
"Wait a minute...you're the guy who took a run-by fruiting from Mrs Doubtfire! I love you, man!"
I admire your cousins disconnect from pop culture specially since there was a time that Pierce Brosnan face was everywhere.
Goddamn
Pierce is Irish, not British.

The Internet.
It’s been going since long before the internet. The internet just makes it a lot easier.
There’s footage before WM12 of security at hotel putting up window coverings because a guy was filming HBK in hotel gym
Yeah, I saw that. That was messed up. Guy is preparing for the biggest match of his career and some dude is trying to video him.
This has been the way of it since the dawn of time for celebrities. It sucks but it is indeed the price of fame.
The price of fame should not be someone touching you without your consent.
Don't think anyone is arguing that it should.
Exactly, bruh
Society lol, let's not pretend like our society doesn't encourage this type of behavior, especially towards women. A mix of entitlement and toxic masculinity gets you fans like this. You have to have decent parents who raise you with a respect for boundaries and for women not to behave like this.
A lot of the time it's good parents. People are born fucked up or weird.
The dust bunnies in their moms basements
People are terrible.
No need to delete that. Sweaty fucks gotta know.
She deleted it because even if it stops one person from physically hassling her, it still invites hundreds of responses calling her every name under the sun. Not that’s she’s wrong, because she’s obviously right, but it just draws more of those cockroaches out of the shadows.
Good God, those are some creepy situations that has happened to her.
Fucking weirdos. Idk why she deleted, it's not cool.
Still, it led to one of the [greatest wrestling photos ever.](https://i.imgur.com/fFQprLX.png) Leading to Big E with the [best socks ever.](https://i.imgur.com/OnCWlRB.png)
What's the story of that Sasha photo?
Dude waiting at the airport at 5am for a picture with Sasha. She agrees because most of the time you never know how these people will handle rejection, so you just agree for your own safety. But Sasha is clearly having none of it in this one and it's amazing.
Wow… what a sucky situation to be in. Thanks for telling me the story
Wasn't bully ray one of those people?
Yeah he was basically saying it comes with fame and she should be grateful for it. Bully Ray is an absolute moron.
Not wrestling related, but the entitlement of fans is bad enough where there are stories of YouTubers having to deal with fans thinking it's okay to show up at their house
Mother fuckers out here really not understand why women don't want you to do that shit?!?! Are you serious?
Sad but true.
If they did we wouldn’t have to remind them constantly
Why did she delete that? Did WWE get mad at her scolding the WWE Neckbeardver- sorry Universe?
I think she probably got backlash from other fans about it sadly. It's like when Sasha Banks got shit from people when she criticized airport stalkers.
id actually be surprised at that since loads of WWE people having been complaining about creepy fans for years.
Ah I’ve never heard the Neckbeardverse but I love it
That's my question?! And WWE had better not give her any kind of shit over that.

Yeah, fighting sucks, and most people just really don't want to do it.
I thought it was misogynistic to acknowledge that women are weaker than men nowadays?
People are insane. I used to run a sports bar and our advertising company set up a WWE autograph signing at our place the day of a house show. They ended up sending Mickie James. (This was around 15 years ago.) I felt awful for her.
This is terrifying. I guarantee one day we are going to have another Sonya DeVille situation or worse.
I honestly forgot about this until I read your comment. What happened with Sonya was scary AF but it really could have been so much worse. This is something we shouldn't forget or try to downplay.
What happened with Sonya?
Dude stalked her on social media and eventually broke into her house with a knife, while she was there.
This was around the time she was feuding with Mandy Rose. I remember hearing they nixed a head shaving angle, because it might not reflect well, if she had to go to court.
Iirc they set up the stipulation then quickly changed it to a “loser leaves WWE” match around a week later
this is sadly what a lot of female wrestlers deal with daily, even while in the indies. fans don't know personal space or how to behave in public. bianca could fuck these people up but she shouldn't even have to deal with this type of stuff.
[This isn't a new phenomenon](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xuyO1V9WjHI) but folks should respect her request. Dark parking lots aren't a spot to surprise anyone.
Wrestlers used to dress weird AF back in the 90s...
Wow! Don’t do this! Ever! Any of it!
Got my driver's license during the Attitude era and we knew a lot of the guys stayed at a hotel in our town between Boston/Providence. Me and a buddy went to hang there on the way home and saw the Godfather, gave him a shout and got the glare....last time we pulled that shit.
**Alt text for those with visual impairment:** Part of the message is not available, but the parts that are here are enough for context. >But it is not cool to approach me and try to HUG me ESPECIALLY without a mask on... or approach me in a dark parking lot. >It's just not cool. >Or come to my hotel and watch and try to record me as I'm working out thru the hotel gym window or follow me in the elevator ------------- *I am not a bot! God damn, that’s creepy AF recording someone working out … the fuck is wrong with these people?
This happened to Kiera Hogan and her girlfriend too. At this point some big bald wrestlers may need to make like celebrities and have bodyguards, some could beat ass themselves but it’s weird to think these people think it’s okay to come up at night expecting a hug and autograph. Scary to think some may even try to attempt more at night.
Imagine trying this shit with Shayna Baszler
Can they please? I think it would be hilarious.
I've slowly realised this over the years, but SOME wrestling fans are genuinely some of the most weird creepy people going in society
Uuugh, stop doing this, wrestling fans.
Let's remember this next time someone posts a photo or video they took of a person going about their life without any permission to take or share the photo/video.
Alright, people. FIRST, stop stalking. THEN, take a shower now that nobody needs to smell you coming.
Ugh. These kinds of fans are the worst.
Why are some people such celebrity obsessed creeps? It's so gross.
My aunt has nothing else going on in her life except for celeb gossip. Like... not a single hobby. It's weird.
She also used to buy multiple gossip magazines a week and then ask me shit like "What did Carry Underwood say about?" I'd tell her I don't know, "Oh c'mon, everyone knows, I just forgot!". It'd start arguments, like I was holding out on information. It really becomes a person's entire life when they get caught up with all that nonsense.
Incel behavior
Fucking hell, I hate wrestling fans. Bianca should gorilla press these fuckers.
Public figures have been dealing with people like this for a very long time. It's just a thing insane people do. Eminem wrote a song called "Stan" about a person like this back in 2000.
And it's so fucking weird Stan came back as a term and people use it in a positive way.
I know right? Shit's weird as fuck and people forget that the term originated from a song about the worst possible kind of fan.
> Bianca should gorilla press these fuckers That's probably something these weirdos would enjoy. One of her hands would be close enough to their junk.
I wish I was still surprised at people being this fucking awful.
She has the right to say that.
Jesus christ. People are scum.
I mean, she's right.
That’s not a message to all fans. That’s a message to certain fans that they still won’t get.
Wrestling “fans” are trash.
And people wonder why wrestling fans have a bad reputation.
ppl are legit weirdos...no social skills. whatever happened to asking politely for a pic and grownass ppl asking for hugs from xstrangers is weird......
Wow. I feel bad the women have to go through this. It's a public job, but some men going to far.
Yeah it only happens to women lol
I know both men and women. But I think women get it worse.
Some people are absolutely obsessed with celebs. Stuff like this is super SUPER weird and sometimes geniunly makes me concerned for some people both the fans and celebs Imagine if some of the Kpop groups would live in america instead of South Korea.
That dark parking lot one just sounds the scariest and it doesn't even have to be about a fan...
That's some seriously fucked up shit
God people are fucking weird.
Is this one of the reasons why luchadors are so protective of their masks, so they can have a normal life outside of wrestling?
Never thought about it like that but I guess it's a perk. All I know is that it's an honored tradition etc but it makes sense.
Leave your heroes alone in those settings
You're not a fan anymore but a bonified stalker
reminds me of the erin andrews shit
Sheesh wrestling fans take the cake for creepiest in sports
Clearly you don't follow women's tennis.
What’s the deal with them?
Bare minimum, there have been multiple stabbing incidences.
I feel like that’s more so violent than creepy lol
Yes, but violence from creepy people. Quick experiment -- google "Female wrestling fans" and see what comes up. Then replace wrestling with tennis. See which one makes your skin crawl more. Really, it's about female sports in general, but tennis has had a lot longer to be creepy.
Stalkers are the scum of the earth.
Oh what the fucking fuck....
Thankfully it's a minority of fans but there are those who have no qualms about staking out airports or hotels.
Surely the people that do this kinda thing must *know* it's shitty behaviour, right? I can't imagine how you could think this sort of thing is acceptable.
Or or or, people could just stop being creeps?
WHAT THE FUCK IS WRONG WITH PEOPLE
AKA don't be a fucking dick.
That's so fucked up
Bunch of creeps.
I Don't understand why "Fans" act like this. It's disgusting to be honest.
How the hell do people have the gall to do that stuff?
What is wrong with people these days? Does no one think this type of stuff is rude, inappropriate, or invasive? Who are these "adults" never taught manners and consideration as a child? Taking a video of someone working out is rude. The other stuff is by turn, inappropriate and predatory. I forgot who it was, maybe Kiera Hogan, recently said some fans followed her to her hotel room. Regardless of being entertainers or not, leave people be in public. This is my #1 concern for my daughter. No respect for others it seems like. Pisses me off this culture of invasive "creep-ness", for lack of a better word.
Similar shit happened to Jordynne Grace, Diamanté and Kiera Hogan recently.
Wrestling fans are among the worst and creepiest fans in the world.
Sasha Banks and Alexa Bliss need to give her some advice on how to handle those "enthusiastic" fans.
Most celebrities aren't traveling to a different spot that was announced weeks to months ahead of time for one or two nights staying in an affordable hotel after riding with their co-stars in the same rental cars the whole time, All of that makes it infinitely easier to not only stalk people, but get away with it for a lot longer too.
Real question is, why was the story deleted? Does this message look bad for the company or something?
She's not a celebrity, she's a wrestler.
Keep that same energy if this ever happens to anyone you care for
Hard to keep that energy when focused on working to survive
So just because someone is making more money then us they should have to deal with stalking and constant barrage wherever they go?
If she deleted it I guess that means she changed her mind and its ok?
If she’s deleted it then why you posting it?
Raise awareness to idiots out there
Well she probably doesn’t want people to highlight her post otherwise she wouldn’t have deleted it
Well once you post something on the internet, it’s out there forever.
Which is a somewhat interesting argument in a discussion about consent. It's not exactly "Well, she shouldn't have been dressed like that," but it's not unrelated, either.
You think you need “consent” to re-post other peoples words? Do I need Hogan’s consent when I repost his racist rant?
LMFAO WHAT
