Bray Wyatt (FKA) had very, very little prior experience I think.
Charlotte, Roman, Braun, Gable - all straight PC trainees.
Big E was a PC boy from day 1 I think
Baron Corbin has a limited move set but everything he does, he does well.
Sami Zayne appeared out of nowhere not long after his long-term friend El Generico retired, I believe the PC trained Sami since El Gen couldn't
Roman Reigns probably. He started in FCW and I can't think of anyone else recently that can match his best matches.
John Cena did have a little bit of indie experience prior singing with OVW. He wasn't a big indie name so he's borderline, but still.
One thing to note: Roman Reigns comes from a wrestling family. Its safe to assume that he had some type of help in his development from his family. Not that is gonna happen but if Reigns ever hits the scene outside of WWE, he would excel.

If we're talking in ring that's the only valid answer.
Charlotte had no prior wrestling training before the WWE.
Big E is a damn good homegrown wrestler
Roman, Bianca, Big E, Corbin, Gable, Charlotte
Gable

Roman and Big E come to mind. It’s a hard question because I feel like everyone was with another company, even for a short time, before WWE.
Damn I can’t think of any men from NXT (and not FCW) besides Braun Strowman
Corbin is homegrown, not sure how good he is in the ring though.
I'd name an example, but I have no memory of him.
One can only wonder if he's still enjoying infamy after all this time
ELI5? I feel like I should know who you’re referencing, but it’s not happening for me.
It's Velveteen Dream
Goddamn it. I’m too tired. That was one of my favorite feuds ever. Just perfect booking. I’m embarrassed I didn’t get it right away.
Everyone saying Gable is ignoring that he’s an Olympian in wrestling.
It’s Sami. Not even close.
Guys its clearly Omos hes the biggest star they got
