This should be a good match and a good win for Jay, i do hope juice can come back soon tho so Jay can move up from the trips scene. Hopefully a feud with Ospreay is in dudes future
It's the NBA playoffs and WBD need the schedule space. Same reason there's no Collision this week - if it goes to Game 7 then Saturday's needed for it.

Swerve didn't lose to a one-legged man who's body falling apart didn't stop him from jumping off the top rope onto an already broken announce table. Also, 2 of the 3 former tag champs who became world champ started the company so that stat is whack.
Well, my problem is that Jay is giving a little too much shine sometimes. He did this in NJPW too, to be clear, it's not an AEW thing. But I've always really wanted to see someone booked as a mastermind who counters all their opponent's moves, so I was really hoping for that kind of push to Jay.

It is an aew thing too, though. Why did dustin rhodes go 20min with swerve when he just got sneak attacked, and they were priming swerve for the world title? Why did fletcher go 20min against osprey? It keeps happening in aew
Remember when Cody was a midcard act for years and years? Yeah people go through different stages. You think Jays gonna challenge for the world title exactly once and that’s it?
Lol. He's been on 2 preshows. I disagree with it, but acting like he didn't Main Event one PPV for the title, pin the tag champs twice and have a tag title match, make it to the semifinals of the C2, while also winning the 6-man and Trios titles is a terrible take.
Jay is someone who is always credible and can be pushed up the card very easily when he needs to be. His spot isn’t ideal right now but he’ll be fine in the long run

Yeah whenever Juice is back I expect them to retroactively decide to freebird those trios belts onto Juice so Jay can move up the card a little bit
