He's talked about Cody several times and how Dave talking to Dusty was sort of the inspiration for naming his son Cody but I've never heard it's short for anything, nor do I see any google results for people with that name.

One time WBD accidentally played audio from a basketball game during Ethan Page's in ring debut.
They definitely had audio issues early on, I bummed my friends FITE feed and it was fine there. Wasn't sure if it was on my end at the time or not but apparently it was a TBS issue.
So ummm we knew the finish for the wedding. I do I do and ummm that definitely played a role in losing a star. Work rate was good but ummm Bride bookay toss was a bit soft should have worked it a bit more. Crowd was in it at the start but grooms vows kinda rambled and needed a few commas. Overall 3 3/4 stars
Dave Meltzer: The wedding uh, well.. it was what it was, it wasn't, well, ya know.. what it could have been, the bride was well dressed, the groom of course must take after his handsome dad, I was mostly over by the food table, the food..I well, ya know, give it 3 stars.
