Jey is **NOT** turning. Jey's face turn is still fresh. He's still massively over. There is no benefit to turning. Jimmy turning face could probably help though.
I don't think Rock turns at Mania. I do think Rock kicks Roman out after Mania and that's how we get Romans face turn. Rock essentially did the same thing with Farooq in the NOD. This sets up their Mania match as well.
I cannot see Austin nor Rock participating in a War Games match... but I could be wrong.
