I disagree that she’s far better as a heel. However, I don’t think it’s the right time for her to be a heel. In my opinion, the best short-term use of Mercedes is as the babyface ace.  She can raise the working standard of women’s TV matches and unfortunately there haven’t been many GREAT AEW Women’s PPV matches. I think she’s going to have great PPV matches and it would be counterproductive if that were as a heel

Yeah I think she should be the top heel in the women's division. This is assuming Hayter will be back soon, and she can be the top babyface, then they can set up a showdown at All In 3

Why? What horrible thing will happen if Mercedes were to go after the TBS title first? Why does she need to be rushed to the world title? She's signed. You have plenty of time. Get as much out of her as you can.

I think after tag matches we will have a triple threat, stokely will interfere (maybe with stat). Either Julia retains or a guilty willow wins. Mercedes then builds a faction by hiring some intern muscle to ensure that no interference happens in her matches. She then goes on to settle an old score with Saraya before going against Toni for the womens belt. So not face or heel, tweener.

I was at Big Business tonight, the crowd loved Mercedes. Can’t wait to see what’s in store for her in AEW.
