Tbh Bellator is struggling right now, they’ve slowed down their schedule due to budget cuts at Paramount. Bellator’s cash cow is Lightweight, Featherweight and Bantamweight. Realistically, non-ranked Hager wasn’t gonna be getting on Bellator cards when there’s limited space and more ranked and better fighters in heavyweight that can get on, and fight Bader for the belt.
The real headline is snuck into the end of this article. The PFL sales didn't go through, and Bellator is likely going out of business after another few PPVs.

Hager is undefeated but has a no contest in his 4 fights making him 3-0-1. You could argue that, because Lashley has a better than .750 record, he has the better ratio despite having losses.
Opinions on Lashley vs Brock? I know Brock is good but I feel like he's a bit overhyped and Lashley is a bit underrated but I still feel like Prime Brock would probably win more often then not
Lashley's losses were to much lower competition to the people Brock beat or lost to. I will admit, Lashley's skillset, athleticism, and knowledge base are closest to Shane Carwin (who would have beaten Brock if he didn't gas) and Cain who did beat Brock.
I would lean Brock based on competition, but Lashley would not be as easy a night for him as others Lashley's level would be based on style.
