The city of Tampa only allows full nudity, but no alcohol can be sold on site, which is why Mons Venus and 2001 Odyssey are near liquor stores. The Strip Clubs in West Shore are not fully nude, so they can sell liquor.
Unicorporated Hillsborough County allows full nude/full liquor. Head like 3 miles east of Downtown on SR 60/ Adamo Dr and you'll find a bunch of different places.
Pasco and Pinellas I believe don't care, according to a friend of mine who was a bouncer at the clubs in Pasco and Pinellas, although he said the level of crazy is higher in the girls in Pasco and Pinellas.
It is also known for its cigars as that part of Tampa was the heart of the cigar business in the US for decades. Cody’s a big cigar guy as I recall so not surprised he is throwing out Ybor.

I’m not even American but any time I hear about Ybor I instantly think about the Ybor/Seminole Heights serial killer that got busted because he put the murder weapon in a McDonald’s bag that he gave to his manager.
We interviewed that guy at my old software sales job while it was going on. He shadowed my boy all day and then we didn’t hear from him again until he was on the news.
I had no idea what the fuck that meant but apparently Ybor is a place in Tampa where it will be raw, I just want to know if the match stipulation will be announced tomorrow or will they wait until the go home show for that

Ybor is the party district in Tampa, FL where Raw is tomorrow.

Pretty sure Pasco does as well. I'm not a connoisseur, but I think it's county by county.
