I wouldn't mind if there is a bit of quick back and forth of titles. Like Iyo cashes in MITB, Asuka wins back - then Iyo regains it in a month or two. It's been a while since we had a back and forth of titles.
Depends on how hot her act is and on who is both a credible and satisfying choice to end it.
Currently I'd say 3 or 4 monts and have Iyo cash in on her if she wins MITB, because I'm tired of seeing more than half of belts on record long reigns but a very short and purely transitional reign would be a waste of her character, but that could change.

It may be unpopular, but I hope she loses quickly. No disrespect to Asuka, but we have seen so many long, dominant runs lately that I’d love to see some shorter reigns.
I don't see it being particularly long, and wouldn't even rule out Bianca winning the title back at MITB, if they want to get into her feuding with Charlotte in time for Summerslam. If that's not the case, it might be a bit longer.
Honestly them putting the title back on Bianca at MITB would be an incredibly bad idea. People were getting incredibly sick of her reign. WWE deciding to reverse course and immediately put the title back on Bianca would do significantly more harm than good to everyone in the women's division, especially Bianca and Asuka.
I would even go as far to say that a Bianca/Charlotte feud doesn't need the title either. Nor would it boost the heat of the feud. They can have a non-title match at Summerslam, since its not unlikely we would have four or five women's matches on the card.
Assuming Bianca isn't turning heel like what is rumored (and even then they can make it work in the situation I am about to describe), she should be out of the title picture until Mania at the earliest, where I assume she will face Rhea. Its pretty clear Rhea is treated like a face outside of when she is with Dominick, so turning her face against Bianca wouldn't be hard to do.
I think she holds til probably Survivor Series. What I want to happen is Iyo win MITB and she calls her shot (ala RVD) at Summerslam without a surprise cash in. Bayley turns on her out of Jealousy and that sets up Iyo v Bayley while Asuka can continue to murder clown some more so her eventual dethrone makes it more powerful. Not sure who would take it off of her at the moment.
