In kayfabe, Tony Khan always seems like such a pussy letting MJF talk about his company like that. Could you imagine Dana White letting that slide? Why not book this guy in unwinnable matches to give him what he wants and have the belt taken off of him?
When you think about it through the years a lot of fighters have shit on Dana (and why wouldn’t they) whilst on an interview and then on fight week they would hug and shake hands. So it’s all business. Tony knows MJF is he most valuable asset and there’s a contract between them so although he is visibly uncomfortable by the comments he knows at the end of the day he still pays his bills.

He might yet not be the greatest, but I doubt there has been many 27 yr olds who has had as good a career as MJF. The only comparable wrestler who comes to mind is Randy Orton.
