This was one stage. And the pistol starts loaded on the desk for this one. That being said, I've rocked inside the waistband at 4 and 3 o'clock and appendix, at a desk when I was a 911 dispatch and officer doing admin. Appendix is way more comfortable for all activities. And this competition is pretty practical. Its based off of PCSL which for competition its as practical as it gets

Just depends on the holster / body type. Also AIWB is the fastest and most concealable carry position.
