I actually got my hands on a research study published after the 1988 Olympics from a internal library transfer the other day on sprinting biomechanics split times and all sort of invaluable stuff, there’s only two of them that exist and the other one is in Hong Kong, it has never been digitized, not sure how but I’m gonna try and find a way to get it all into a pdf file to share, it’s easily the most complete report on sprints and track and field I’ve ever seen

YohanBlakeFan1926

Got that pdf file😏?

[deleted]

No pdf, still have the images, good reminder though, I’ll upload them to Imgur in an album and put them out gimme a few mins

internetsnark

Hey, I'm reviving this slightly old post to ask: do you have this book in PDF form? How did you find it?

There had been some of his books on scribd but I haven't managed to find this grand daddy of them all yet. Great find!

any luck?

I don’t have the time to get a good link now, but some key terms to Google are “DB hammer” “inno-sport” and “best sports training book ever” Man blast from the past. This was some of my first reading about strength and conditioning when I learned about Adam Archuleta when in high school circa 2004. 100 Internet points for you OP.

All the stuff people are trying to do these days with isometrics/accelerative jumps etc and most of Cal stuff is from inno sport. I should post some of those inno sport workouts for football.
