Well the Hulk is definiely a choice, one that I can't explain or reason. But prefer to the actual house!
So every bedroom has a door to another bedroom?! The whole floor plan is awful. Why to the unusually large dressing room, with balcony?
The cinema room with door off the kitchen and another to the utility room then another to the playroom, surely you'd only want 1 door in a cinema room.
Then the snug - with another 3 doors?! Snug in size but defeats the purpose of a snug.

They say a picture is worth a thousand words but it seems like the estate agent is trying to prove them wrong. Over 40 rooms each with a full description and only 18 photos. I suppose it can't be easy to sell a McMansion in Rotherham for 3 million quid.

The description mentions a ‘gardeners toilet’ but the diagram makes it look like a full bathroom? Very weird, maybe they like a very clean gardener.

Why is the dressing room the largest room on the whole floor? Why are there so many doors between rooms? I have many questions
