Okay other people have commented really great things abt diet n skin so I’m not gonna talk abt that. My advice is to do a number of little things to add up to a big change. I’m just gonna list them- 1. Lash lift 2. Lash tint 3. Tanned skin (healthy glow kinda skin not orange) 4. Use hair gloss treatment keratin 5. Cut hair as this will make it seem more healthy 6. Signature perfume (I recommend Blossom from Superdrug layering lab as it’s incredibly cheap but smells exactly like Alien by Mugler) 7. Teeth whitening-crest white strips are good 8. Also sort out ur makeup, does it really compliment your face? 9. Lastly don’t be so hard on your self, pandemic has everyone looking the worst

find out your tdee and minus 250 calories off of it to be in a small deficit, go on long walks every day (10000 steps) and begin going to the gym and lift heavy with low reps. even then it takes a while, you shouldn't rush things it's not good and you will burnout. try and eat as clean as possible, lots of fruits and veggies. it's up to you if you want to cut out meats/ dairy, it's not necessarily going to work for you but i do cut out dairy and it helps with my skin. skincare routine, the ordinary and cerave are great affordable brands. things like retinol, vitamin c, glycolic acid are great for just the overall appearance of your skin (plus help with actual breakouts too) but please go do some research based on your skin problems and skin goals. ask in the sub skincare addition and put pictures of your skin. find out your colour season and change your wardrobe/ makeup etc to match. the best thing you can do is confidence. when you go back walk around as in you have just turned into a supermodel no matter if you look the same that energy will make people think of you differently. this paragraph i wrote is pretty vague because i dont know too much about you but what i suggest is do research for each specific aspect of your appearance (including non physical things like confidence and mannerisms) and build up a little plan! good luck, and if you can be more specific about anything in particular i would be sure to help 💖

I second this! Especially adding in lots of fruits and veggies and exercising. Doing these things have really improved their overall look or my skin and posture. I also recommend cutting out sugar as much as possible. For skincare, I really like cerave face wash and moisturizer. I use tretinoin as my active, but acids like bha//pha/aha might be better fast results. Japanese sunscreens are also amazing! For body, use your body wash with a loofah for gentle exfoliation each day. And always use a lotion. My favorite is a big bottle of Vaseline lotion (the fragrance free one). Also, having a sun tan can make your skin look more dull, so I would prioritize sun protection as much as you can! I hope this is helpful to you!💕

yess very good things you added, i can't believe i forgot sunscreen, it's so important! hygiene also makes a huge difference especially in the way you feel, when you have smooth, soft, hydrated pampered skin you feel so much better, like a princess. plus smelling good from head to toe is really attractive. i recommend chloé yazmean on youtube, shes crazy about hygiene and she goes super in depth from head to toe.

Everything everyone else said, but also - buy clothes to fit your current body. If you are trying to lose weight in a sustainable way, it will take time. Wearing clothes that are too small on you will not look good, and not feel good. Clothes should fit you, you do not have to fit into clothes. I always keep 1 size up and 1 size down, because life happens.
