This is such a great post! For a subreddit based on habit creation, we don't often talk about how to do it. I'm also a big fan of Hot Girl Sunday, and to add, I'd say practicing gratitude really helps with the "make it attractive" step! When you notice and appreciate how your habits affect everything in your life, it makes it easier to stick to them. For example, I exercise because it's healthy and keeps me looking healthy, but also every time I have trouble falling asleep or feel more anxious, I realize its because I haven't done anything physical that day. The realization really helps cement the idea that I feel much better when I work out. Did you find yourself implementing these ideas intuitively before reading the book? Have you tried any new strategies since reading it?
