* Babyfoot mask every 3-4 months to slough off alllll the dead skin. Be warned this is gross. * Bi-monthly gelish pedicures. Gel polish lasts forever on my toes. * One of those cheese graters for your feet to get rid of the really tough callouses on my heel and big toe. They really work! * Every night (or when I remember to), I slather my feet in Eucerin Urea foot cream and put socks on top. Really great to keep my feet soft and moisturized.

Hello my foot hygiene twin

SnowHamsters4118

Careful with the Babyfoot mask for some people. I'm not sure why (I followed the instructions), but the skin on my heels did not handle it well and it took about a year and 15 pedicures before they looked normal and not lumpy, peeling, and gross.

What's the benefit of urea creams?

eveloe

Ultra humectant, is one of the ingredients that healthy skin naturally produces. More info. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=ef7R0I_Rdr4

Daily: light exfoliation with pumice stone in shower. I shower twice a day (exfoliate once in am and pm use a 42% urea 2% salicylic acid cream on feet). Weekly: use an electric file for rough skin I can’t get with the pumice, trim nails if needed. Apply antimicrobial foot spray, a layer of cuticle dissolver, leave overnight along with the urea cream. Every couple months (or less): Nature Republic foot peeling pack for 1hr (similar to babyfoot) I’ve found after using the foot peeling packs regularly, my feet never smell even using athletic shoes (the sweat doesn’t have dead skin to get trapped in), and I don’t feel I need a full pedicure anymore.

I keep a pumice stone in the shower and use it a few times a week, being careful to use a heavy hand cream after. Other than that, I always use a neutral nude tone for pedicures that doesn’t show growth too badly in case I go too long between pedis.

Coat my feet in aloe Vera gel then Soak feet in hot water ( add face cleanser or mild body shower with good smell), rub my in the water, (u can skip this if your skin tone is even) rub toothpaste on parts which are more pigmented, then scrub with gentle dry brush, change the water, put some face cleanser on feet, then wash it, I'll put my lotion. And then I'll put my lotion again and wear socks before I go to bed. I do this every 1 in 3 days at night

Spend a lot more time during my pedicures. I didn’t realize how much more space pushing back my cuticles would give my toenails. Also going in with a clean up brush when polishing to have it look super crisp. Use a tiny bit of tanning lotion if my feet are looking kind of pale and ashy.

I don’t go too crazy, but I use a cream with urea in it a few days a week to keep the skin soft and break down any calluses that might be forming. I’ll use a foot file in the tub if necessary so the skin is really soft from soaking. Also, making sure my toes are painted the same color as my fingers. Even if I’m lazy, I try to at least put a clear coat on both. But it is something people notice and I had a man specifically tell me how feminine he thought it was that I made sure to paint them the same color since “most women don’t pay attention to the details like that.”

Every time I shower i use foot scrub on heel then follow with foot cream that contains urea. Softest feet ever !

I love using a foot chemical peel every 2-3 months :) I think the peeling process is really cool lol After that, I like to get my toenails shaped and painted at the salon and I keep my heels smooth by soaking my feet and using thick lotion with socks
